Welcome to Joyful Place in Leavenworth Washington! Joyful Place is a beautiful home located less than two miles from downtown Leavenworth, in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains.

This home has a beautiful setting surrounded by the Enchantment Mountains. The beautiful outdoor entertaining kitchen is perfect for family gatherings, watching football games, and taking in the breathtaking views. Enjoy the outdoor entertainment space, salt-water pool (open May - September), 2 hot tubs, and game room! We are in close proximity to downtown Leavenworth, Mission Ridge Ski Resort & Stevens Pass Ski Resort. Cross country skiing is 1/2 a mile down the road at the Fish Hatchery Trails or head up to Ski Hill! We are located on East Leavenworth Road, which allows for great recreation out your front door.

This is our second stay and we enjoyed it as usual. Unfortunately there was a wildfire nearby, leading to ash in the pool that was then unable to be used, which was the main reason we picked this property, so that was a bummer. We always enjoy the close proximity to town, game room, large kitchen for several of us cooking. Would recommend placing fans for white noise in the bedrooms and ensuring the pool can be covered to keep bugs and ash out. We hope to return again someday!

Clean, well-managed property and house. Game room was a hit! Kitchen had everything and the outdoor kitchen was a nice option. Everything is covered in wildfire ash, but the smoke was only moderate. Some bedrooms are ready for replacement mattresses. No major complaints and everyone enjoyed the accommodations.

Weekend Getaway

We are a family of 6 and the house was as described. Tons for the kids to do and close to DT Leavenworth. It was very nice and rare in short term rentals to have a very well stoked kitchen with all you would meal prep. We look forward to returning!

A great getaway with lots to offer!

Joyful Place offered my family so much -- pool, hot tubs, gym, game garage, biking, high-end grilling, firepit, outdoor lounging, etc. Super functional and comfortable home that feels tucked away in the mountains yet is very close to town, river activities, hiking, etc. Current listing undersells all it has to offer! Host was fantastic with communication and was gracious and creative in helping us solve a personal challenge we faced during our stay. We'd love to return in the future!

Beautiful House and Location

We stayed with friends and family for Oktoberfest and it was a perfect spot to travel and from the festival. Space was clean, spacious and outdoor area was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Getaway

Leavenworth fabulous home

Our group of 8 loved staying here! The home was extremely clean and organized with super cute Christmas lights. Hot tub is fairly small but was clean and warm. We all loved the game room and all the games. We would love to come back in the summer for hiking. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fun for everyone!

Great house, room for everyone to feel comfortable. We all had a blast in the game room. My son is already asking when we can come back. I’d definitely return next time I come to Leavenworth.

Our Christmas House Getaway

This was our 3rd Annual get together with friends at this house we love it. Three families with kids ranging from 1-14yrs old. My husband and I have personally been at this house 4x total and it's the only house we continue to come back to. Fabulous for families and groups. We also love the property so easy to communicate with.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely beautiful home with something for everyone! We stayed at this home over Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the gorgeous home with a large fully stocked kitchen, to the comfortable bedrooms and living spaces, to the awesome game room, we had the best time! Teens to grandparents, we all had so much fun. This house has it all! Communication with property manager was excellent! We will be coming back!

Unforgettable stay

This was by far one of our favorite places to stay! The owner was very accommodating when we told her that my father was in a wheel chair. Right away she made the house wheel chair accessible with a ramp and everything. The view was breath taking and the heated pool was the highlight of the trip. The house was cleaned, spacious and had everything from salt and pepper to extra blankets etc. We are definitely planning on coming again the following year!

A wonderful property for our family gathering

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property for a long weekend. Our family ranged in age from our 2 year old grandson all the way up to my 80 year old mother. The house and Casita fit our families needs perfectly. We also appreciate how comfortable and clean the home was. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Camikae was so responsive to our questions and when we ran into a small issue she was very quick to resolve it. We so loved our stay that we are looking to come back in the summer.

Constance Memorial

We planned a trip with one of our good friend, ,who passed away recently, but we decided to go and give her a small memorial with just a few of her close friends. I chose this house. It was just perfect and the pool and hot tubs were what we needed. We enjoyed the game room too. I would definitely go back. Check in was easy. I had the master bedroom, loved the shower, but missed having a TV in my room. Thanks for sharing your house

Wonderful weekend

Awesome awesome place to stay. Just far enough from the Leavenworth hustle and bustle but close enough to pop in and out to shops and hear restaurants. Really great area. I took some great pictures from the backside of the house itself. Awesome view. Wish I could upload them all here. Hot tub was suberb and was definitely appreciated after a long day on the ski hill. My little girl loved playing in the game room as well. Everything to clean and very comfortable. We had a tiny mishap with the stove and fireplace not working due to no propane, but less than an hour after the host was notified, the issue was addressed and the maintenance crew was sent. Took just minutes with communication, really appreciate that. Overall, awesome stay. Going to book in the summer as well! Thank you

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! We had a group of six adults, but this place would have been incredible for kids!!! So many things to do. Massive game room, heated pool, bicycles, 2 hot tubs. Everything was super clean and I've never seen a vacation rental home so well stocked! We will definitely put this one on the list for a return visit.

Breathtaking and fun!

This house is very clean. The view from the pool is breathtaking and the water was warm. We had kids ages 6-22 with us and there was something for everyone to do. The drive into town and to the grocery store is short. Highly recommend! I hope that we get to come back!
