-86° heated swimming pool (early April-late Sept.). **note pool serviced 7 to 8:30am on Tuesdays

The nightly rate includes the entire property and can accommodate up to six people. This is a residential property with neighbors. Events and parties are not permitted.

The main cabin (center cabin in the photos) contains the central living area and a loft/bedroom. The cabins nestled on either side are each a bedroom with a bathroom.

Beautiful spot, private, great view

We loved this spot for a group! The cabins are simple and beautiful. Sitting on the porch with a view of the mountains was incredible! Definitely will come back.

The hills are alive with music..

What a wonderful place to be with our family. Secluded property all to ourselves to relax and play. There are many ways to keep one occupied as well as plenty of space for solitude as well as for gathering. We can't wait to come back again.

Heated pool was the highlight of ou trip!!

My family and I really enjoyed this trip. We planned to simply spend time together at the house, and it was absolutely perfect for my kids. They happily swam almost all day — even their grandmother joined in and had a wonderful time.

Cabin paradise

We have been going to Leavenworth annually for a long weekend in the winters for about 5 years now. We usually stay at a resort with many 1 br cabins. This year our kids wanted to bring a friend so we needed more space. This cabin "compound" is perfect! Four total cabins including 2 sleep cabins with queen beds, bathroom and sitting area, 1 game cabin with ping pong and main cabin with sleeping loft. We used the hot tub that overlooks the mountains and outdoor firepit. The entire property is fenced which was perfect for our dog. Walking distance to Sleeping Lady Resort and alpine ski trail, only 5 minute drive to downtown. Lots of cabin charm and very large dining table to play cards, do puzzles and have every one enjoy a meal. The owner was wonderful and quick to respond. Can't wait to go back!

Great Experience!

We will definitely be staying again! The host has thought of everything. We had an Alexa to play music on, we were set up to watch movies, and the kitchen was fully stocked (we had everything we needed for an amazing Thanksgiving feast). We brought both our dogs and they were able to be free while we lounged around the fireplace. I also really appreciated how quickly the host responded to questions I had. I would highly recommend!

Summer Fun

This was our 2nd stay here and we absolutely love this place. Great breakaway cabins for personal space, lots of privacy from neighbors, and the hot tub, pool, ping pong combination is sweet.

Always a fabulous time!!

We look forward to this place each summer for the past four years. The pool, hot tub, views and all the space are amazing. We stay with our twelve year old and two adult kids. Plenty of space for the dog to run, fully fenced, large dining table, fire pit, ping pong, swing set, and super clean! The owner is super responsive.Star gazing is amazing. Couldnt ask for more!

Great getaway!

Our favorite summer place

This is our third time staying here, and we were very glad we got in earlier in the summer this time. The cabins are lovely, so clean and air conditioned “, with very comfortable beds. The pool is warm and our dog loves having all that fenced space to run and play. Will definitely be back again!

Great family spot

Beautiful views, large property, great for kids and dogs. Cozy Leavenworth home base. Four family adults stayed in the cabins and we hosted 4 other family members (including kids) for family dinner and snow play. Heavy snow meant the firepit was buried and the driveway icy.

Fantastic Cabin Compound for Families

Icicle Camp was a perfect place to stay for my husband and I and our two grown sons, who each have a "significant other." We took the main lodge and they each had their own cabin. We were very pleased that the pool was still open this late in the season (Oct), and the cabins were fully stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful place!

CELEBRATION TIME!

Our daughter is recovering from breast cancer. We rented the property for her Celebration - finished chemo and radiation. The property could not have been more perfect for her 7 and 5 year old boys, their cousins 11 and 8. They spent hours in the pool and hot tub. We went for nature walks, played ping pong and ate constantly! 3 cabins, 3 families, the center cabin served as our gathering place - could not have asked for more. This unique property is definitely on our list for next year.

Cute Property Great for Any Family

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was about a 5 minute drive to the city center, so it was close enough, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We loved that there were three separate, not attached cabins. This gave a great communal area, but then allowed the kids to go to their separate spaces at night. If you are local and plan on cooking for the family you may want to bring a large nonstick pan, that was really the only thing missing from the kitchen. The beds were all pretty firm, so hopefully you like it that way. Our kids didn't love that part, but it didn't hinder our stay at all. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to rent this property in the future.

Winter wonderland

I am still thinking about the epic snowy views from the hot tub! I was curious what it was going to be like with winter, but the parking and walkways were well plowed and cleared. The cabins were always warm and the gas fireplace in the main cabin was lovely after a cold day outside. This was an incredibly family friendly lodging - play structure in yard, well stocked game/puzzle cabinet and the kids loved having their own cabin. This place has a huge yard for kids and dogs to roam - but with the snow it wasn't possible to shut the main gate to let dogs off leash. We loved the location just a little bit out of town and so close to the ski and snowshoe trails that we hit every day of our stay. Kitchen was very well stocked with a variety of pots, pans, and plenty of dishware for a larger group. Really easy check-in and great communication with the property manager. This spot is a total gem. Would love to check it out in the summer when the pool is available!
