Location, Location, Location. The condo is located within easy walking distance to downtown Leavenworth. Top condo offers views of the resort pool, pond with fountain, golf course and beautiful surrounding foothills. Sit on the private deck and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the Osprey fly overhead and catching fish in the children's fishing pond. The kids can bring a fishing pool and spend the day around the fenced pond enjoying catch and release. The privately owned unit at the Village in Leavenworth is on beautifully manicured grounds and shares the resort grounds with WorldMark by Wyndham. Enjoy all of the amenities of the resort and even more of the comforts of home. The property consists of 2 nicely maintained pools with lounge chairs and towels provided, 3 hot tubs, kids' pool, pickleball and tennis court, pool &Foosball in clubhouse, basketball court, & catch and release stocked fishing pond. This property and condo is top notch!
