You will fall in love with its terrace enjoying the side view sea and green areas, while having breakfast or time for a break.
100m from the south beach and shops (SPAR, Restaurants etc. ..), this apartment is ideal for holidays in Grau du Roi.

Magnifique séjour !

L'endroit est paradisiaque, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la mer, l'ambiance et verte et avec une vue sur la mer qui fait rêver. Petit centre commercial à côté bien pratique. L'appartement est très très bien équipé et hyper agréable. Seul bémol, pas de wifi et très faible réception satellite, dommage c'est indispensable le soir normalement pour s'organiser.

Bien dans l’ensemble proche mer

Bien mais plusieurs appartements étaient en travaux donc trop de bruit, une soirée sans eau chaude et coupure d’antenne tv la dernière soirée
