Mesquite offers 7 championship courses within 5 minute of each other, plenty of mountain biking, and walking trails throughout Mesquite deserts. Mesquite is also known for some of the best off road ATV's, going to the Grand Canyon in 3 1/2 hours, or just taking a run up to Flattop mesa for some of the best Mesquite view you'll ever see.

Explore the back country, hold family reunions, enjoy the Casinos, or great dining. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.

Nice house.

Keurig stopped working (no backup) and the propane was out so we couldn't bbq. Pool heater finally kicked on the second day. Otherwise the property was very nice and in excellent condition.

i have never rented a airbnb that did not have coffee ready to go for us ... not only was there no coffee but the maker had mold in the tray.

House Nice - Property Management Clerk 0

We arrived at the property late at night because of flight delays and the drive from Las Vegas. We had no check in instructions. Could not get a hold of anyone and finally got VRBO to answer. They got in touch with emergency contact who gave us her code to get in. We had no cell service so had to do this in other parts of the town. We finally got in at 2:00 am our time. Our friends are in their 70’s and they were so tired. When the reservation clerk texted the next morning, she said that she had made a typo when sending out the info. Offered apologies - I said that I hoped they would offer more than apologies….. they didn’t. I was told that it was just as much my fault as hers. ?

Clean and Nice

Overall a very nice and clean property. You will have to sign a separate rental agreement (we never had to do so with the other VRBO rental), so if you haven’t received it close to your check in dates, proactively reach out to the property management company. We followed up a couple times for check in instructions and received them finally only the morning of the check in day after contacting VRBO. Then we were sent the rental agreement and a link to submit a copy of a driver license-which can be hectic of course the day of traveling. The pool is tiny (almost the same as our jacuzzi)-comfortably would fit only 2-3 people to “swim”. Also, the owners/property management doesn’t heat it. There were some comments addressing “not heated in winter” statement and it’s the case-they don’t heat it at all (but there is a small heater actually installed that we could see)-not a deal breaker, but between the description and the pool pictures, it’s very misleading for sure. If you plan to enjoy the pool, would recommend picking another property. If it’s not important for you-then it’s a great well-maintained little house!

Overall this is a great place to stay. We were disappointed the pool wasn't heated in November, but the listing says Not Heated in Winter. I'm more of a literal person (Winter is 21 December to 20 March)! Beds were all comfortable; stained comforter in the Master wasn't a great start, but we used our own blankets anyway. Neighborhood was clean and always quiet. I'd stay again if the pool was on, but otherwise next time I'll find a less expensive option.

4 of us (2 couples) went to Mesquite to enjoy some golf. The home is exactly as described in the listing and pics. Very clean and updated in a newer neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a good time at the house. It was accurately as described in the listing. Upon arrival, we couldn’t find the wifi name and password anywhere. We had to call the property management company to get it. Later, we found it in one of the spare bedrooms of the house, which seemed like a weird place to look. everything else was really great though. Great location and property.

Highly Recommend

Clean, comfortable and cozy. Conveniently situated in a relatively new, retirement community, close to golfing, casinos and shopping. The pool is much smaller than depicted in the photos, but my two teen boys (each six foot tall or taller) enjoyed it immensely. Outdoor kitchen with two flat screen TVs under a large awning to protect from the strong desert sun, make time spent outdoors comfortable even in the summer. Property manager Kathy and her assistant Christina were immediately responsive to any attempt to contact them. For example, during our stay the refrigerator was not working properly and the property management team quickly provided a small refrigerator as a temporary substitute until the technician could respond the following day to make the repair. I think it important to note that Kathy took the time to respond personally to texts, even though she herself was on vacation with her family. The only negative was how the air conditioning easily and quickly cooled the common areas of the house, while the bedrooms seemed slightly warmer (only slightly uncomfortable if you like to sleep in a cool room). We would definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The house was very clean and the outdoor pool was terrific. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Our first evening there, we accidently locked ourselves out of the house. However, Christina from the Mesquite Premier Property Rentals was so prompt and friendly. She was able to get us back in the house in no time. We would definitely recommend this great property.

Communication was great on how to get into the home! The home was beautiful inside and out. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of space. Living area was also very relaxing and had the amenities that you would need. Back yard was nice too, with the pool to chill in and plenty of outdoor furniture to relax into the evening. Would recommend staying here!.

Loved this house!

We had a great stay at this house! Loved that we could use the garage! The house was very clean and nice. Enjoyed the big TVs especially the one in the master bedroom. Great location, close to everything and yet the neighborhood was so nice and quiet!

Beautiful New Home

Our stay was wonderful. The beautiful home is new and had everything we needed at our fingertips. The beds were new and comfortable. The kitchen had every item we needed and then some. The neighborhood was awesome and next door neighbor very nice. The communication with the property manager was excellent. This property goes above and beyond to make their guests happy. We felt bad that my sons acne medication stained a couple of the towels, but we are more than willing to pay for those and the property manager was very understanding. We will definitely stay here again!
