Family favorite lakehouse in amazing cove with great dock and deep water!
Lake front house located in Mill Creek Cove's deep water just off the Gravois Arm at the 5mm. Close to restaurants by land and water. Over 2800 square feet, 4 beds /3 baths and full size laundry. Two king bedrooms upstairs and one twin bunk room that sleeps 4. Two full upstairs bathrooms. Lower level queen bedroom with ensuite full bath shared with bunk area in walk out basement. Wake up to beautiful lake views and walk out to the deck or the concrete dock with high dive, play all day and relax watching beautiful Ozarks sunsets in our under deck hammocks. Lake view fire pit, paver patio area, and 'martini deck'. Boat slip for tritoon without lift and jet ski slip may be available for your stay. Dockside boat parking also available. Ample parking for vehicles. 4 night minimum stay. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Renters must be 25 to rent. Dogs allowed with non-refundable fee. Why they chose this property
We love the spaciousness of the property. Kids can be kept close or allowed freedom downstairs, the are so many entertaining areas. We don't feel like we're on top of each other when we're here. The views are amazing and this is by far the best cove for families and water sports on the lake.
What makes this property unique
Our home can easily fit large groups but can also be cozy enough for smaller families. Its so versatile and we love adding new decor and fixing the spaces up.
