About this property

CHARM AND HISTORY APARTMENT IN BRESCIA CENTER

In the historical center of Brescia, in Palazzo Chizzola, a 16th historical residence, an artist's studio has been transformed in a quiet apartment full of charm and atmosphere. The flat is on the ground floor and it can accomodate up to 4 guests. It's wonderfully located next to the most important Museums ( Pinacoteca Tosio Martinengo, Museo di Santa Giulia, Museo delle Armi antiche). Within walking distance, the guests can visit roman ruins: the theater, the old square and other breath-taking spots as the medieval Castle which overlooks the city.
The guests can park the car in the courtyard of the building and visit the city by walking. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes, pizzerie and shops.
If guests arrive at the train or bus station from the airport (Milano Linate/ Milano Malpensa/ Milano Orio al Serio) I can bring them home.
The apartment is composed by 2 bedrooms ( the first one with 2 classsic single beds and the second one with 1 king size bed), one little bathroom with shower, one bright living room and dining room. As its historical features, all the rooms are connected in a circular way, as you can see on the pictures. Smart TV and Wi-fi free.

Art lovers delight

My three daughters, dau in law and sister and I loved everything about Simone’s lovely apartment! It was colorful and had beautiful art work and antiques everywhere. We felt safe and protected in both the apartment and the flower strewn courtyard outside. So many little details that felt so Italian! Simone was a gracious, knowledgeable, helpful host. We’d love to visit with her again! The only real challenge for us was that we had two cars and had to find parking for the other one. Other than that, we loved it!

Wunderschöne Stadt

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral und dennoch ruhig in einem Hinterhof mitten in der Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie im Inserat beschrieben und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
