Seasonal rentals (individuals) in mobile homes all comforts in the southwest on the Landes coast. Stay (minimum 2 days WE and 3 days week) in a nice, calm and friendly campsite near Contis Plage south of Mimizan.
Mobil homes new of 6 places, air-conditioned and covered terrace of 15m2.
2 bedrooms (1 large bedroom with dressing room and bed 140 plus 1 large room with 2 beds 80) - Possibility to put 2 cots. Shutters shutters to sleep well.
But also: large comfortable sofa that also makes convertible bed. Large bright central living room, satellite TV and dining table with extension. Kitchen area with 4 gas burners, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle. But also Radioréveil, hair dryer, drying rack.
Shower room and separate WC. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy an aperitif or enjoy your grill thanks to the gas griddle. 2 deckchairs are at your disposal to taste the scents of pines. You also have a private parking next to the mobile home.

In the campsite you will find services for young and old:
- Aquatic area (2 pools, 1 paddling pool, 5 slides and an aquatower)
- 3 children's clubs with professional animators.
- Tennis courts, beach volleyball, petanque, multisports, ping-pong, billiard, archery, games room, playground, mini golf, etc ...
- Daytime activities and evening entertainment with animators and professional artists.
A brand new 300m2 auditorium with bar has just opened on 29th June.

Off the campsite, you will find many outdoor activities: tree climbing / Paintball (1 km), swimming, surfing, hiking under the pines, cycling, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, golf ...
- ideally located between the Basque Country and the Bassin d'Arcachon.
- Further south Bayonne, Biarritz and Spain at 1:30.

Bike path at the exit of the campsite so I put 2 bicycles free (saving compared to a rental: 28 € / day or 88 € / week)
From 06 April to 03 November, access to the services of the village (swimming pools, children's activities, etc ...) is done on presentation of FUN PASS. These are to be added to the amount of the rental. For convenience, we can order them for you with a discount.
For 2019, a week rental between 31/08 and 28/09/19, I offer 3 adult FUN PASS (value almost 80 €)

Low season rates from 250 € to 480 € the week.
High season rates from 480 € to 980 € the week.
Our friends the animals are no longer allowed.
