Located in Nuevo Vallarta (between Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta) two minutes from Vidanta, El Tigre Golf Club 2 minutes walk. There is a club house, gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, 1 parking space included.
Electricity, gas and water are not included in the rental price

While I respect your perspective, I must clarify some inaccuracies for future guests to have a fair view.Our records show that the group arrived with 6 people instead of the 2 declared in the booking, exceeding the property's capacity. This led to additional wear, including damage to the kitchen door, which required repairs. The extra fees charged post-stay were standard for these policy violations, as outlined in the house rules you agreed to.Regarding the boiler, detailed instructions were provided in the welcome guide, and it had been functioning perfectly for previous guests— you're the first in years to report any issue. Our apartment is meticulously cleaned between stays by a professional service, and this is the only 1-star review we've ever received despite hundreds of positive ones.We strive to be accommodating, but safety and fairness for all guests require us to enforce our rules.
