Sunny house in a quiet residential area, on plot of 700 m2 with swimming pool 8 x 4 m and beautiful terrace of 20 m2 partially covered with blind.
On the edge of the forest at 100 m from bike paths, 4 km from the sea, 2 km from Hossegor renowned surf spot and 2 km from the beautiful golf Hossegor. Very nice jogging between sea lake and forest. Close to the bowling alley and the casino and all the bars and restaurants of Capbreton harbor and the Hossegor power station as well as the fish auction of the port of Capbreton with daily arrival of fishing boats. Markets Hossegor and Capbreton nearby.
Cleaning included, sheets and towels provided.
Wifi, 3 bicycles, barbecue, volleyball, and 4 moorey boards are at your disposal

Beach holiday and surfing

The house was perfect for our needs, quiet neighbourhood a short drive from the beaches, hot tub, pool, table tennis, bikes, boogie boards etc etc.

1 semaine en familles Ă  Capbreton

TrÚs trÚs chouette maison pour des vacances à plusieurs familles. L'emplacement est juste à cÎté d'une voie cyclable qui permet un accÚs aisé au centre, aux plages et à tous les commerces. Capbreton est en effet équipée d'un réseau bien développé de voies cyclables sécurisées qui permet de tout faire à vélo. Tout l'équipement de loisir disponible dans la maison est un vrai plus : les 11 vélos, les combis de surf, les jeux d'intérieur et d'extérieur. On a passé une trÚs chouette semaine.

Super séjour en famille

Super sĂ©jour. La maison est parfaitement adaptĂ©e aux familles avec petits et grands. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine sĂ©curisĂ©e, la terrasse pour les repas, tous les Ă©quipements Ă  disposition (velos, trottinettes, jeux, jouets 
). Anne Sophie du service conciergerie et Patricia la propriĂ©taire, Ă  l’écoute et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Une maison oĂč il suffit d emmener un simple bagage, tant dans celle ci il est difficile de lister tout ce dont on a disposition.Belle villa confortable et pratique, dans un environnement calme et tout prĂȘt de la forĂȘt. Very well set up for families

Better equipped than most properties. Excellent pool and hot tub. House a little run down but spacious and clean with extremely well equipped kitchen. However no air con or fans so can be uncomfortable in hot weather.

Belle maison pour les vacances en famille

Maison rustique trĂšs sympa pour des vacances en famille proche de Cap-Breton. Les Ă©quipements sont top. La grande salle de bain du bas est trĂšs spacieuse. A l’extĂ©rieur, l’accĂšs Ă  la piscine est top, les enfants en bas Ăąge sont trĂšs bien protĂ©gĂ©s par la clĂŽture. Les vĂ©los disponibles sont bien pratique avec des siĂšges pour enfant sur plusieurs vĂ©los qui nous ont permis d’aller Ă  la plage en 15 minutes en famille. Nous regrettons que le jacuzzi est Ă©tĂ© inutilisable plusieurs jours Ă  cause de l’état de l’eau.

Excellentes vacances en famille

Maison spacieuse, les 5 chambres sont dotĂ©es d’une excellente literie, l’électromĂ©nager est neuf, un petit bĂ©mol pour les sanitaires quelque peu vieillissants. Grande piscine, trĂšs bonne situation gĂ©ographique calme et Ă  10 min en vĂ©los ,par les pistes cyclables, des plages et des centres villes d’Hossegor et de Capbreton . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison
