This apartment is in a multiplex Victorian house built in 1890. The apartment has been through many updates since the original build but it’s not a new renovation and you will find some imperfections in the plastering and some cracks in the floor tiles, etc. If you are looking for a slick newly renovated apartment please look at our other listing. However if you are looking for a clean place with a few imperfections and character in a convenient downtown location you’ll find this to be a great affordable stay.

You don’t have direct control of the heat however you will always be comfortable. If it’s too hot you can close the floor vents or if it’s not warm enough you will have access to a space heater or you can always send us a message to have the temperature adjusted as we share the same thermostat as neighbors.
