Description of the villa
From a local architect, the Villa du Cap combines the charm of French West Indies and the comfort of a modern house.

The Villa du Cap has 5 beautiful bedrooms and welcomes easily 10 adults and 2 babys :
- A Master Room, with air-conditioning, a large Queen Size bed, a dressing, a small room for luggages and a private bathroom. Direct access to the terrace and swimming pool with fantastic sea view.
- A second bedroom, with air-conditioning and a large Queen size bed. Sea view.
- A third bedroom, with air-conditioning and two simple beds (90x190). Garden view.
- A large bathroom will be shared between bedrooms 2 & 3.
- A fourth bedroom, with air-conditioning, a Queen size bed and a private bathroom. Garden view.
- A fifth bedroom, with air-conditioning, a Queen size bed and a private bathroom. Garden view. Sea view.
- A mezzanine can receive to children with its truntle beds.
- A large living room, with a direct view on the terrace and its swimming-pool. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dining area and a big table. On a corner, cosy sofas are available to enjoy watching TV.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron.

Avant goût du Paradis

Notre séjour était au delà de nos attentes !! La vue exceptionnelle, l'aménagement de la villa, le calme, tout était parfait !! Le levé du jour sur l'horizon !! Waouh Nous avons appelé pour un service et en 5 mn tout était réglé !! Bravo Mettre des stores pour le petit salon devant la piscine

Grande villa avec magnifique vue

Cette propriété est très bien située et aussi très grande pour un groupe. Nous étions 9 adultes ainsi qu'un bébé et tout s'est bien déroulé! La vue sur l'eau est magnifique, nous étions charmé. C'est une magnifique résidence et je suis 100% à l'aise d'y référer un ami cependant il manque quelques ajouts supplémentaires pour que ce soit une résidence 5 étoiles mais je vous garantie que la vue et le calme des lieux en vaut le détour!

Villa moderne, bien équipée, bien située. Parfaite pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Virginie nous a donné tous les bons plans sur l'île pour les sorties, activités et autres. Merci! On reviendra!)

emplacement imprenable pour cette grande villa de luxe

grande villa vraiment agréable : parfaitement calme, spacieuse, très bien équipée, superbe piscine, perchée à qq pas de l'océan... le luxe entre amis quoi ! (manque un peu d'entretien pour que Luxe devienne Paradis)
