You could contemplate the beauty of the view for hours from the terrace or the pools, the place around which life is organized. Wooden housing with traditional framework, Caribbean architecture to take advantage of the natural ventilation of the trade winds in an atypical setting where each home enjoys a lush vegetation. The feeling of change of scenery is unique.We are hung at the top of a small cove of white sand and pebbles we access directly from your housing by a small gate....some steps further to 8mn walk you will discover the magnificent lagoon of bois jolan (6km of protected area) all our accommodations are air-conditioned and equipped with fans and mosquito net on request, at nightfall you can comtemplate the lights of the island of Marie galante being opposite.

We had a wonderful stay at Domaine Tipayoune! Patrick and his family were available whenever we needed then and really responsive. The pool was really nice and the view was amazing! Our family vacations went 10/10

Un séjour au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la mer

Le descriptif du logement et les photos de l'annonce correspondaient parfaitement à la réalité, un vrai petit coin de paradis, à deux pas de la mer. Un accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire avec de bons conseils pour découvrir les plus beaux sites des Îles de la Guadeloupe mais aussi des conseils pratiques pour éviter certaines mésaventures.

Nous venons de passé une magnifique semaine dans le bungalow mandarine de Patrick. Le logement est parfaitement identique aux photos, une vue incroyable tous les jours et un emplacement parfait entre St François et Ste Anne. Il y a un accès direct à la plage de Bois Jolan en quelques pas. Patrick et sa famille sont très accueillants et il vous donnera des conseils très utiles pour visiter l’île.

Tolle Lage. Patrick war sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Schöner Strand in nur 800 m Entfernung. Kleiner Imbiss in 200m mit frischen Sandwiches und Bowls. Die 10 Tage waren ein schönes Erlebnis!

Superbes vacances à Tipayoune

Excellent séjour passé chez Patrick dans la villa Mandarine. Le logement est conforme aux photos et Patrick un hôte génial qui n'hésite pas à partager tous les bons plans de la Guadeloupe. Le gîte est proche de St Anne et St François, la vue sur la mer est très appréciée également ! De plus Patrick est très à l'écoute de ses clients. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht!

Wohnung sauber, gut ausgestattet, liebevoll hergerichtet, Terasse mit Pool einfach herrlich, super netter Vermieter, sehr ruhig gelegen! Zu erwähnen ist allerdings, dass der fußläufige Strand leider ein Steinstrand ist und hauptsächlich ein Surferstrand mit hohen Wellen und starker Strömung. Ins Wasser sollte man nur am Ufer. Für zum Surfen allerdings perfekt. Leider hat eine der beiden Klimaanlagen 3 Nächte nicht funktioniert. Patrick hat sich sehr schnell darum gekümmert, aber es dauert nunmal seine Zeit. Allerdings eben ohne Klimaanlage kaum auszuhalten zu der Jahreszeit. Wir wurden auch von ihm informiert, dass die Klimaanlagen eigentlich nur von 17-6 Uhr funktionieren, um Strom zu sparen. Wir verstehen diesen Gedanken schon, aber bei dieser unglaublichen Hitze kann man das eigentlich nicht bringen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat das nicht gezählt mit der Uhrzeit, was wir sonst auch angesprochen hätten, da man auch länger als 6 Uhr morgens schlafen möchte:) Außerdem hat die eine Klospülung häufig nicht funktioniert. Das soll wohl am Wasserdruck liegen, aber die andere Toilette hat immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Generell eine tolle Wohnung, der Pool und die Aussicht einfach hammer!

Perfekte Woche am Meer: Ideal zum Surfen und Entspannen

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit der Familie an diesem wunderbaren Ort am Meer und waren begeistert. Die Lage war perfekt zum Surfen und Schwimmen, und der freundliche Gastgeber hat uns herzlich empfangen. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir früher einchecken und länger bleiben durften als üblich. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer war ein absolutes Highlight. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!

Super semaine au calme avec vue superbe

Patrick et sa famille sont très agréables, nous avons été bien accueillis et avons eu de super échanges sur la vie en Guadeloupe, les bons plans et les endroits à ne pas rater lors de notre séjour Le cadre de la maison est très jolie, la vue sur la plage en contrebas est top. L’environnement direct du logement est calme. Le logement est très correctement équipé et bien entretenue. L’accès à pied (moins de 10min) à la partie la moins fréquentée de la plage de bois Jolan est le petit bonus du séjour.

Emplacement de rêve

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Mandarine. La chambre avec baignoire et vue sur la mer, la grande terrasse et sa piscine. La magnifique plage de Bois Jolan tout près On a adoré!

Perfect place

Patrick is the best, he helps you find your way on the island. The house was amazing, cleen, lots of space, good equipt and a view from the pool you’ve never had before. A surfbeach next door and with a very nice walk you are at paradise. We want to go back.

Bien situé, belle vue, très chaud !

Superbe vue, appartement bien situé pour découvrir Grande Terre comme il est entre Sainte-Anne et Saint-Francois. Patrick était disponible et réactif à nos messages. La cuisine est petite, mais somme toute bien équipée pour cuisiner simplement. La vue est superbe mais l’endroit devient très très chaud à cause des grandes portées vitrées, autant en extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Les deux chambres fermées ont une clim très efficace, mais l’espace commun et la chambre mezzanine ont seulement des ventilateurs. La plage adjacente à la Villa est parfaite pour le surf. Prévoir une marche de 10-15 min pour se rendre à la plage d’à côté pour la baignade ou quelques minutes en voiture.

Semaine en Guadeloupe

Joli bungalow avec un emplacement top (belle vue et plage accessible à pied), terrasse en bois agréable. En revanche, seules 2 chambres sur 3 sont climatisées et en cette période c'est indispensable ! Notre hote nous a donné des conseils appréciables pour découvrir l'île.

Voyage en Famille 2 ieme partie côte St-Francois

Avons séjourné au Tipayoune en famille (4 Adultes et 2 Ados ) . Sur les lieux avons reçu un accueil 5 Étoiles de la part du proprio Patrick qui a domicile sur le site ! Ne pas se gêner pour lui demander des infos sur la Guadeloupe ! Je recommande fortement !!!! Merci Patrick

Le paradis

L’emplacement et la vue sont exceptionnels. Admirer l´océan depuis le balcon, ralentir le rythme tout en bénéficiant des bons plans de Patrick pour découvrir cet endroit de France magnifique. Simplicité, authenticité dans une Nature luxuriante avec un hôte qui aime partager, que rêver de mieux!

Très beau sejour

Patrick est un hôte sympa et pro qui prends le temps de discuter et partage des adresses et informations intéressantes sur le lieu et la Guadeloupe en general. Le logement est bien équipé et est tel que décrit dans l'annonce avec accès direct a la plage - 2 minutes à pieds -. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, les enfants -5&7 ans- ont bien apprécié la piscine.

Endroit magnifique

Nous étions 2 couples de 65 ans et plus, Patrick nous a renseigné continuellement sur les endroits à visiter, où manger, etc. Il est sympathique, intéressant et très accueillant. Également il nous a référé une co de location d’auto laquelle nous avons eu un service 10/10 (transport aéroport aller/retour et auto livré à la villa). La villa manquait un peu d’amour comparé à la villa Mandarine pour le même prix. Nous avons su pourquoi, reconstruction complète au mois d’août. Je recommande sans hésiter les villas de Patrick.

A beautiful and relaxing stay

My husband and I and our infant son spent 8 days here and really enjoyed ourselves. The little surf beach that is a very short 2 minute walk was a lovely place to walk in the mornings or just sit with your coffee (Fyi: the surf was rough at this beach so I would not recommend swimming here with small children). The view from the accommodation was breathtaking and the sound of the ocean was so calming to go to sleep to at night. We loved the little pool and outdoor space that was created. We spent many an afternoon just hanging out there as it was nice to just float around in the pool with our little one and hang in the hammock. Patrick was a very friendly and attentive host and although he did not speak any english, we were able to communicate well enough through google translate and lots of hand gestures ;). The accommodation was very close to lots of nice beaches and to both Saint Anne and Saint Francoise where you could get everything that you need. The inside was rustic but had what we needed to make meals and although you are close to other rentals, it seems very private and quiet. It would be a great place for families of 4-6 ppl as there are 4 beds available. I would return to stay here and would highly recommend to anyone!
