In addition, the complex hosts an indoor community hot tub and swimming pool, as well as a dry sauna and a shared lounge.

The ski-in/ski-out access to Sunday River Resort is unbeatable and gets you to the top of the mountain with ease so you can tear up the powder. When the weather warms up, the resort hosts a golf course for you to enjoy while the mountain transforms into a fun-filled retreat with hiking, ziplining, and much more. And just blocks away from this rental, you will also find some great restaurants to get you energized for all your adventures.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: A security camera is located on the exterior of the building overlooking parking lots, as well as cameras in the common areas throughout the building.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
