Great location

Perfect place . Unit was clean & ready upon arrival . The previous bad reviews almost made us not book . Glad we did . The place could use a few updates in the kitchen & paint touch ups but otherwise was perfect . Only negative the price that was quoted on VRBO is not what you are charged through Vacasa .

Great location, proximity to pool & beach perfect!

An elevator for hauling beach supplies to the upstairs units & an in-room laundry would’ve made our stay perfect!

Perfect place for our family spring break!

Stocked kitchen, lots of towels and bedding! The wide beach was a quick hop over the pool area which was very nice and large. Great views and sounds of the ocean from our second floor position. Easy parking, good tennis court, and great location to go north to St. Augustine or south to parks, inlets, and more communities we like. Great fishing opportunities...see the Devil's Elbow boat rentals. South-facing unit gives gorgeous morning sun and high view of sunset in the evening...there's also a sunset viewing deck, a grill, and horseshoe area out back. Did not use the laundry, but bring quarters- $5 or so a load. Great place!
