Beautiful views and quiet area

The location was great. Beautiful sandy beach to walk. Sunsets over the Matanzas River and beautiful sunrises over the ocean. Suzy and Ricky were great hosts, checking in to ensure all was good and offering advise on things to do. The resort was perfect for relaxing. Very peaceful, clean and well equipped. Would certainly stay here again.

A great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! The condo is really nice, very comfortable and has everything you need. The views of the ocean and access to the beach are excellent! The hosts are very responsive. It is close to St. Augustine which is a fun town to explore.

Great beach “cottage”, great views, and beach access. Unit only has direct tv. We bought an Amazon fire stick and everything was fine. Full size laundry facilities in unit. Bed and living room furniture comfortable! Unit roomy and everything's in working order. Area quiet - 15 minute drive to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay!! The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect with an easy short walk to the beach. Beautiful morning sunrises with pelicans flying all about. Beautiful sunsets on the dock side with flamingo, dolphin and even a manatee sighting! Easy drive into the historic downtown and harbor area. Ricky and Suzy were so responsive to any questions or needs. Thanks for a great stay!!!
