The location is great. Close to downtown and most activities. Beach is steps away, and several great restaurants are close by. The apartment is pretty good. It is an older condo and while it says renovated, it is showing its age. I am not sure what was renovated. Furniture is older, bathrooms are solid, but aged. It is comfortable and clean. The view of the ocean is great. The kitchen is cluttered with too many random utensils and dishware, makes it hard to find what you need. But we would come back again as it is a decent place to stay at a good price. And we had good interactions with the owners.

The location was great, right at the beach! The host was excellent and great with communication. We had a utility issue during our stay that was out of the owners control and he went above and beyond to make it up to us.

Great place on the beach at a great price. Looks just like the pictures. Jeff was a great host and easy to get a hold of. In close proximity to everything and an easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. We'll definately stay here again.

Fabulous location
