Located on Anastasia Island, this 2Bdr/2Bth is a spacious 1050 sqft unit on the second floor, just steps away from the 2 pools and beach access. Newly remodeled with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances and bathrooms. Master bedroom overlooks the pool, with King size bed, 2 side tables, large dresser, and Large closet. Master bath has walk-in fully tiled shower. Second bedroom is in front of unit with twin beds, dresser and TV, with large closet. 2nd bathroom has tub and shower with linen closet. Living area is spacious with sectional couch, tables, TV and open to dining high-top table and kitchen. It overlooks the heated pool and tennis courts and the beach is literally 1 building away with another pool at the boardwalk near the dunes. Dondanville Rd. provides drive-on beach access, as does Ocean Trace (a few blocks north). Convenient to a Publix grocery store (.5 mile away) and lots of restaurants within walking distance. You'll have everything needed close by, for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The Ocean Village Club is located between the intercostal waterway and the beach, with historic downtown St. Augustine only 15 minutes away.

We had a fantastic stay at here! The location on is great with easy private boardwalk access to the beach. We loved the two pools, the clean and well-equipped unit, and being so close to grocery stores and local restaurants. It was a safe, quiet, and perfectly relaxing beach retreat. Highly recommend!

Cute condo - close to everything

We stayed at this site because my family was celebrating my brother’s 50th wedding anniversary. The condo is appointed nicely & the furniture, beds were comfortable. The walk to beach is easy. Check-in & out were smooth. I highly recommend.

Very comfortable for a 2nd floor condo. In excellent shape with basically everything you need. Location is wonderful and the breakfast/ Lunch diner within walking distance is nice.(Connleys) I would recommend this unit to you all!

Relaxing Winter Getaway!

We love the area in St Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, where this Condo is located. It is just steps away from the beach with it's own private entrance, as well as 2 pools on the property. The gated complex is well maintained. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The 2nd floor condo was recently renovated and includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owners are just a phone call or text away should you have any questions or issues.

Well appointed condo. Clean, nice furniture and appliances, Great King Mattress!!!! (So Important!) Perfect location! I lived in Saint Augustine and have visited many times! This is where you want to be these days to be close enough and far enough from the "masses". lol Thanks again! Oh, If the TV doesn't seem to be working.....unplug the router and reboot! lol

Great property, owner and location

The property is clean and neat. The owner is very sweet and responsive. We were there during the corona virus situation and Ashlen checked with us multiple times to be sure we were okay. The condo is in a very well maintained complex with a lovely heated pool. It is a short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beautiful beach.

We love the City of St. Augustine. When not working, we enjoy the beach, gardening, all kinds of outdoor activities and travel several times a year. We've been married over 30 years and have 2 grown sons, both living in the Jacksonville area. Our home is not far from St. Aug. and we have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Why they chose this property

My husband always wanted a place at the beach where we could go and stay and he could surf at will. We used to vacation in St. Aug every year when the boys were young and decided to buy a condo there in 2011. Since we live so close, we thought we'd remodel it, to make it more modern and luxurious and then rent during the part of the year that we don't visit the beach as often (focusing on our business). We hope you LOVE it!
