Enjoy ocean and pool views all day in this updated and comfortably furnished condo nestled right in the heart of St. Augustine Beach! Gorgeous natural dunes and white sandy beach are just steps away across meticulously manicured grounds to a private beach entrance. Two pools are viewable from the large balcony, which is a perfect spot to enjoy ocean sunrises and cool summer evenings. "BeachTime" is located in St. Augustine Beach and Tennis #307 and is a third floor unit, accessible by elevator, allowing for great views. The unit is tastefully decorated with soft beach decor, perfect for unwinding from the busyness of life. The open floor plan allows for ease of movement between the kitchen, dining, and living space. Enjoy ocean views and access to the balcony from the master suite which is furnished with a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens, and two bathrooms with soft, white towels. Have fun in the sun at the beach and pool all day and come back to your cool condo to cook up dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, take in the night views from the balcony, or watch a movie with the family.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable, just as described. Lovely views and ocean breeze from the balcony; access to the beach was just several minutes away. A great location close to restaurants, the lighthouse, historic St Augustine, and other attractions; appreciated the quiet location away from the busy downtown area. We stayed mid week and it was a great little spot! Clean, well decorated and a FULLY stocked kitchen. The host really went above and beyond to make sure everything you need it there. Property has direct beach access and two pools, not heated but lots of chairs and well maintained. Quiet location and easy access to AIA and St Augustine Beach businesses. The historic town was an easy 10- 15 minute drive away and close to all stores (grocery, Walmart, liquor etc) Host was responsive and check in/out was a breeze.

Place was nice. When I first arrived I didn’t think it would be nice because the entrance and parking lot it looked dated but the inside was well kept and the inside of the condo was nice. Beach access was easy and close. The pool was nice. The beds were not the most comfortable but I expect that. The pull out couch was good for kids. But for adults it was awful! TVs were good. I will say bring bottled water- do not drink the tap water it made us sick! I did appreciate there were a couple laundry detergent packs so we could do laundry. Host was super fast with communication. We will definitely stay again.

It was very well appointed. The recliner was very much appreciated!! It had everything we needed. We did buy a kerig and left it for others. There were a few minor things to mention. No ceiling fans, the balcony never gets sun, the primary bath is rather small and the burners on the stove slant. Love elevators/shopping carts, pool and beach accsess and enCentrally located. All great amenities!!

We were a little skeptical when we made the reservation because we had not used the Villas and Home section of Marriott. Once we arrived, we found the condo comfortable, conveniently located and quiet. The balcony overlooks the pool area and the ocean. Highly recommended!

Condo was just what we expected. Beautiful view. Nice and clean. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Only complaint is that the pool was freezing and no grills.

This community does not allow grills at the condo and the pool is not heated, both of these details are clear in the listing. Fabulous condo

This condo was great. Loved it's proximity to the beach, it was very clean and the decor was cute. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals and the bed was comfortable. The best communication for any short term rental I've ever stayed at! Would definitely like to stay again!
