Spacious and remodeled, this oceanfront 3-bedroom townhouse is just a private walk away from the beach. It offers three bedroom and 3.5 baths. Two private decks give you beautiful views of the beach. The master bedroom is on the third floor and offers tons of privacy while the two other bedrooms are on the first floor. This townhouse sleeps 8. Master has a king bed with renovated master bathroom with walk in shower. The lower front bedroom has a queen and private bathroom and lower back bedroom has two double(full) beds with a hallway bathroom.
The second floor offers a family room with 55 inch TV and a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances to help stretch your budget. There is also a half-bath on this floor.
Brand new Pergo flooring on all three floors and steps. This townhouse also offers a one car garage.
The Seawinds complex offers two tennis courts, a pool and sauna, a gated front entrance and a private entrance to the beach.

Fantastic Ocean Front Condo!

The condo had spectacular views of the ocean and was exactly what our family was looking for for a beach vacation to St. Augustine Beach. The condo was clean and supplied everything we needed included some great beach chairs, toys etc. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Wonder view of Ocean

Place was clean, view was phenomenal. Upstairs bedroom did get a little warmer than rest of house but has fans which helped. Great location gated community! Will absolutely stay again.

Great condo in a great location!

This condo was fantastic! Lots of space for our group of 6, great views of the ocean, and the perfect location. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and there was lots of beach gear available as well. We loved our stay here - highly recommend!

Very nice and well equipped

This unit had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. The 3 floor was a bit warm, but there is a ceiling fan and a nice Dyson fan that certainly helped. Shopping and eateries were nearby. The view of the beach was wonderful. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Ocean View- Can’t wait to go back!!

This property is AMAZING!! Very beautiful and spacious inside and what an AMAZING view!! Any time I had questions, the property manager/owner was responding very quickly!! The kitchen was very equipped and plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets available! We would definitely rent again!

Loved the condo, it’s been tastefully updated. It was clean and well stocked. There were three couples, loved that each couple had a private bathroom. Loved the location, the beach was a short walk away, restaurants and shopping close by. The owner Patty was easy to reach and quick to respond.

Beautiful Views!

The condo was awesome! It was equipped with everything you would need, from beach chairs, bikes, and any beach or pool accessories you would want or need. Along, with all the household items. The only things I would recommend would be replacing the sofa (it wasn't comfy and had a slight odor) and the master bed was a bit hard and squeaky everytime you would move. The views are gorgeous and location was perfect!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!🌴

Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. We had 6 adults and two young kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs main suite did stay on the warm side. Made it a little difficult to sleep well at night. The garage was full of beach items. It was really nice to have the two beach wagons and the eight beach chairs. We did not use the pool, although it did look nice. The walk to the beach was easy. The townhouse is three levels so if you or someone in your group doesn’t do well on stairs, this may not be what you’re looking for. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Breathtaking views

Everything about this condo is amazing from the breathtaking views to the comfort. View from the master bedroom balcony is absolutely gorgeous you can see for miles. You will also find great views from the living room balcony. Condo is comfortable and has everything you need. Access to the beach is a short walk via a private walkway. The grounds are well maintained and the onsite staff is very nice. We were a party of four adults. Each person had a very nice comfy bed and having three full bathrooms comes in handy. You will also find an updated bathroom on the main level so there is no going up or down stairs. Besides great views from the balconies you will find nice furniture to sit on. Down from the condo are several restaurants ,a miniature golf course, and a grocery store . If you are looking for a well kept rental with amazing views easy and close access to the beach then I highly recommend this condo. My friends and I had a wonderful relaxing time here. Did I forget to mention the awesome owner. Patty is easy to work with and provided great communications from checking in to providing suggestions on what to do. It’s obvious that she cares about her guests and wants them to have a wonderful experience in her home.

Great for families. Each family group had their own room and bathroom!! The view of the sunrises and beach were breathtaking with multiple balconies. Beach short walk from condo and you can also drive on the beach with a 4x4 to take your stuff down. Kitchen very well stocked. All very clean and beds comfortable. Pool was nice too. Must not be afraid of stairs

Celebrated my 75th birthday with family and friends. The cottage was clean roomy, we loved the patios the view of the ocean was so relaxing. Great place hopefully we will be back.

We had an absolutely fabulous time! The property was incredibly clean, the views were amazing, and the owner was so responsive and kind (she even checked in on us knowing that Hurricane Erin was roughing up some of the waters along the East Coast). We could not believe how many beach/pool items were available for our use, and the kitchen was beyond fully stocked (even had a wine bottle stopper). We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to St. Augustine!

This property was perfect for a couple and 2 singles. The unit was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a joy to enjoy the beach from our balconies. The location was convenient to restaurants and a grocery store.

ladies trip

We truly enjoyed the ocean front, clean house. It's great for 6 adults, since it has 2 doubles in one room, a queen all being downstairs. Then on the top floor is the king bed. All levels had great views of the ocean. The walkway to the ocean is so close, this was awesome. The beach chairs were great and wagons to bring the toys down. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked nice. St. Augustine is a place that we have not been before, it succeeded our expectations.

My family and kids loved going to our place in St Augustine growing up and now vacation there on their own. I bought this unit in 1992 and have recently renovated it. I try to visit as often as I can but it only happens a few times a year. I live in NJ full-time.
