This was by far our best experience in any condo we have stayed at. The view of the beach was amazing. The condo was super nice and clean. Trish our host was extremely friendly and helpful if you needed anything. I would recommend this to any couple or family looking for breathtaking views and an overall 10/10 experience. We will be coming back next year for sure.

The property was perfect for two couples with room to spare - clean, comfortable and the views were amazing! Also, the location could not have been better....the beach was absolutely stunning, and so relaxing. We hope to go back soon!

This unit is amazing. The decor is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Everything you can possible need is provided and well stocked. The host communicates quickly to answer any questions. It is the best we have found in St Augustine. You cant go wrong with reserving this unit

Best place to stay

We had an amazing stay, location was perfect for our family. Great place for the guys to fish across the street at the private dock, and the beach was not crowded. The condo couldn’t be any more perfect, great views and it has everything you needed for your stay. All the beds were super comfortable and we will be coming back!

We had a wonderful week in Trish’s oceanfront condo, which is even roomier than the pictures suggest. The gorgeous views from every room, great location, and comfortable balcony made it a perfect choice for our family.We have three grown children, and everyone had plenty of space. Our son and his wife enjoyed the guest room with a king bed, which had ample room for our grandson’s Pack ’n Play. Our youngest son is 6’5” and appreciated the spacious bedroom with a queen bed. The large master has a king bed, direct access to the balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom.The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of counter space, cookware, towels, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker. We also appreciated the generous supply of linens, including extra sheets, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. The storage unit in the parking garage was a bonus, and Trish even provided beach chairs and umbrellas. We brought our own, and there was plenty of room to store them.Our only issue was the non-working ice maker. There were ice trays and bins in the freezer, but they needed refilling each night. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it was unexpected in an otherwise modern, well-appointed condo.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Trish is a wonderful host, and we would highly recommend her condo for a comfortable family vacation!

Condo was very nice, beautiful views from every window. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of sitting room and space in every room. Trish was easily accessible if you had problem or needed anything. Would definitely recommend condo for next visit to Saint Augustine.

We had an amazing time! View was great..very clean. Easy to get to and check in process was great. Had so many utensils and pots and pans. Very well stocked. We stayed there last year and plan on staying every year when available. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for a great family vacation!

The condo was so much better than the pictures portrayed. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you would need. The furnishings were in great shape. The only drawback for us was the living room furniture. It was very nice furniture, but it was hard on old knees to get up. That's on us. We will still give serious consideration on staying there again since we go to St Augustine every year. Location was great if you're looking for quiet and fewer people on the beach. The view was awesome from the balcony as well as the front of the condo... sunrise and sunset views.

Love staying here!

This property is fantastic! Trish is so great to work with and responds quickly to questions before the stay and when on property when needs or questions arise. The condo is well equipped and always clean. The beach is super clean, quiet (some days I was the only person out there), and family friendly. People respect each other's space when setting up on the beach. We have stayed here 2 times and look forward to future trips!

Wonderful condo

We have been comingto St Augustie for over 30 years. This by far was the best condo we have every stayed it. It had everything you would need. The viiews of the ocean were spectacular. This condo is perfect. Clean, well kept, and right over the beach. Every room has a view of the water. You can relax on the balcony and watch the pelicans fly over. Butterflies come right up to the railing too. It’s paradise!We have stayed here twice and will be back again. The building is always clean. Elevators are quick. Parking is easy. Crescent Beach is perfect for long walks, boogie boarding, body surfing, skim boards, and biking. This section of the beach is never crowded so it’s perfect to just let kids be free.

This was a much bigger condo than we realized. The kitchen was fabulous and the condo building is quite. The beach was never over crowded which was wonderful for setting up your canopy. The only downside is there is a smaller building to the left that partially blocks your beach view to the left, but you can see straight out at the ocean, which was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked. Pool is on the street side and the fishing pier was awesome to have. Older crowd in this building and families, very nice. Would totally stay again.
