Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ocean views, lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom includes a twin daybed with trundle and multiple desks for added flexibility. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower supports the group.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen provides the essentials you need to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining table brings everyone together, and the living area is arranged to take in the oceanfront views whether you are unwinding after the beach or spending a quiet evening indoors. In-unit laundry adds convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living
The private covered lanai overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, offering a shaded place to relax, watch wildlife, or enjoy the coastal breeze. A private entrance and direct beach access make it easy to step onto Crescent Beach at any time of day.

Building amenities
Guests have access to a pool and an elevator, along with free parking on premises - 2 spaces. The location places you between the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway and within a short drive of historic St. Augustine, giving you options for both quiet retreat and nearby exploration. Self check-in with a keypad offers a smooth arrival.

The condo includes wifi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a TV, dedicated workspaces, and bathroom and laundry essentials. Beach essentials and a private entrance enhance the coastal setting.
