Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility for your stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, a dedicated workspace, and ample closet storage. The third bedroom is designed with a twin daybed and trundle, along with multiple work desks for added convenience. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures everyone has the space and privacy they need.

Living spaces
The open concept living area is framed by large picture windows that flood the room with natural light and frame panoramic ocean views. Comfortable seating invites you to gather with family or friends, whether for quiet mornings with coffee or evenings spent watching the waves.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. The dining table provides space for shared meals and conversation, while in-unit laundry makes longer stays simple.

Outdoor living
Step out to the private covered lanai for unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. This outdoor retreat is a place to relax in the afternoon breeze or watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. From here, a direct access path leads to the soft sands of Crescent Beach.

Community amenities
During your stay, you will have access to a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, two free parking spaces, and an elevator for easy arrival. Beach essentials are provided, so you can make the most of the shoreline just beyond the property.

The condo is located near the Intracoastal Waterway and a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine, where you can explore local dining, shops, and attractions.
