Oceanfront Luxury Next To St Augustine Center - Quiet Vilano Beach, Dogs Welcome
Kick off your shoes and forget your workday worries. This oceanfront condo looks out onto quiet, never-crowded Vilano Beach. On the first floor, you simply have to slide open the lanai doors, grab a beach towel, take a few steps across the dune boardwalk, and sink your toes into one of Florida's nicest shelling beaches. If you're an early-bird, enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on the boardwalk sitting area and watch the sun rise and the dolphins play.
When you want to take a break from sunning, swimming, and ocean-gazing, there's a warm-water outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand. Hang out on the patio, enjoy surround-sound TV with the fireplace going, or work a puzzle at the 6-top dining table. Being only a 7-unit building with private beach access, you'll have plenty of space and quiet time.
Each bedroom has a 1080p HD TV with 140-channel Xfinity Comcast cable, including music channels. And each bedroom and the LR and DR all have tabletop electrical plugs with USB 1/2.4v chargers for all those electronic devices we know you don't leave home without.
The kitchen is stocked for cooking or entertaining, and the stainless steel GE Profile appliances will keep your meal prep and clean-up in good stead.
There is plenty of off-street parking for you and your visitors. With Vilano town center a 2-block walk from the condo (by beach or A1A/Coastal Highway), you have ready access to restaurants, a Publix grocery store, 2 surf shops, a convenience store, and other amenities. And the condo's location is 2 miles from downtown (crowded) St Augustine -- fantastic town, rich with history, but when the sightseeing is done for the day, take the short intracoastal bridge crossing back to your well-appointed, quiet Vilano Beach hide-away and put your feet up.

My partner, Patrick, and I have lived all over the world, settling down in St Augustine in 2015. We wanted an oceanfront home, but with 8 dogs (and 2 very patient cats), we needed a yard. So we live in World Golf Village and have, instead, purchased this oceanfront condo for use by us, our families and friends, and by you!

The sparsely-populated beach, direct access to the ocean, and ample parking were all selling points for Patrick and I.
What makes this property unique
Being only a 7-unit condo, built by a luxury developer in 2006, with strict zoning in Vilano Beach, this area will remain 'under-developed' and this property quiet, peaceful, and up-market.
