Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.
Shopping, restaurants and retail is within walking distance, along with jet ski and pontoon boat rentals.

Wonderful condo, it stormed while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but the condo was very comfortable for our family and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

The views we're outstanding. The unit was clean and had all essentials for cooking. We took my mother for her 80th birthday and the 2nd story views were amazing. She spent a lot of time on the lanai with plenty of seating watching the waves. Would definitely recommend this unit and plan on staying here again.

Location location

This is a lovely property. Laid out for privacy when needed, or gathering to watch the waves. The beach felt private - so convenient, so beautiful. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for family time. It’s a wonderful property for family with physical limitations - ramps, elevator, grab bars. Communication with the owner was very easy. Easy access to grocery and liquor store. It’s a wonderful destination.

Location

The location is perfect since it is away from busy St Augustine but close enough to visit. The view from the second floor condo is wonderful. A large parking area makes it easy to enter and exit the area.

Beautiful condo on the beach with a shaded patio where we enjoyed the waves all day. Convenient location close to a grocery store, restaurants, and historical spots in St. Augustine. We’ve already recommended this spot to others. Host was very responsive.

Great location, Great view, would definitely stay there again!

It was everything the listing showed and said and then some. This area of the beach was rather quiet considering it was weekend and week after the 4th of July.
