This was a quick check in and the stay was amazing! The kitchen has everything you need! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. It’s a perfect location to downtown and there was a dollar general and Winn Dixie close by! Marty’s house was so clean and very home feeling! We will definitely be staying again with him! The sunsets and sunrises from this house were breathtaking!

Excellent property,clean, on quiet circle drive neighborhood tucked back in corner with private walkway to beach. Beach little crowded on weekend, but during week fine. Anastasia island has everything you need. Many excellent restaurants,grocery,surf shops, ebike rentals,ice cream and mini golf among other things. We never left the island. Wish I could move back here. Love St Aug.

Nice and relaxing. I like staying on the beach. This had a private walk way and a benches where you can sit and enjoy watching the waves! Nice grassy area in back yard for 2 small pup's to walk and do their business as well,on a leash. Dunes are behind so didnt want them running in there lol. Store is down the street so that was a perk . Short drive to town as well. Very well stocked (dishes, pots pans). Would recommend. Oh! Love the screened in porch!! It is the length of the house!

Nice oceanfront home, in a quiet neighborhood

Home was close to grocery, some good eateries, and only a short drive to St Augustine. House was clean - which is always important to me. Ceiling fans are out on the lanai/porch area to use when its warmer outside. Cable is provided, but owners need to provide a list of available channels, so you don't have to hunt for them. Also access to streaming channels to use with your own accounts. The bedding in my opinion needs to be updated. The king size room mattress was too hard to sleep on, so after the first night I moved to the other bedroom and though that one was smaller, it was more comfortable.Plenty of furniture in the living room to gather, good sized dining table for families and enough parking outside for a few cars. Enjoyed walking on the beach and just hanging out.

Roaches everywhere! Cute but dirty

Living in FL I know you find a roach in the cleanest house from time to time but that is not what this is! Big ones, little ones, alive, dead, crawling on the ceiling! But it's not hard to see why. The lockbox was set to combo when we arrived, so the house was unlocked. The house stunk because there were nasty full trash cans in the garage. There was water sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher. The AC intake, the walls in the kitchen and all the air vents had thick black dust all over them. The sheets smelled like it hadn't been washed recently and the pillows were gross! There were hair balls rolling around the house and the back porch was black with dirt. The box springs had shredded by someone's cat. The direct beach access they advertise is a buried staircase and 20' climb over protected sand dunes that are posted with NO ACCESS signs. Here is why I am telling you all of this, besides feeling ripped off for paying a pet & cleaning fee when I had to clean! The management company that rents the house started a figure pointing game when I asked expressed my unhappiness with its cleanliness, stating the owner had her only cleaning and maintenance. The listing states plainly that they clean and maintain the properties they rent. The cleaners they sent didn't speak English and didn't come back like they said they would on their Google translator! My contract was with the management company. Management co, the owner- either way no one is taking care of this house!
