Enjoy gorgeous beach views all day at Atlantic Splash, perfect for families with views from the second floor deck and a heated pool on the lower patio, all a few steps from the sand. The split floor plan with two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths upstairs, and one bedroom, a bath, and a downstairs living room with a daybed that can be enjoyed as two twins or one king bed, make this house perfect for families or groups. The upstairs space includes the main living area, kitchen, and dining, plus a large deck overlooking the pool and beach. Wake up to sunrise everyday over the ocean with your cup of coffee enjoying the ocean breezes! The downstairs living room is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch a movie or play a game of foosball. An elevator provides the indoor access between the two floors; the outside deck stairs may also be used. The house comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies, so that you can cook at home, along with soft bath and beach towels, and crisp bed linens. Atlantic Splash is located on breathtaking, wide St. Augustine beach. Healthy dunes and foliage create a perfect place for spotting all kinds of wildlife. Watch for gopher tortoises along the beautiful path to the beach and dolphins swimming offshore! 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
