About this property

Fully stocked and immaculate three bedroom two bathroom pool beach house within a two minute walk of the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Huge heated pool and spacious pool deck. Open and airy with high ceilings and a very private and quiet backyard. Plenty of attractions and "local" restaurants that will not disappoint.

10 minute drive to downtown historic Saint Augustine (fort, night of lights from Nov to Feb), St. George Street, Trolley, restaurants, alligator farm, putt putt, museums, etc.

Boogie boards, beach chairs, and other beach equipment is available for your use. Take the 2 min walk and enjoy the dolphins, fishing, and sun bathing. Home has a pool shower to wash off then jump into the heated pool when you get back. Grill out back or go out for food all within a few minutes from your front door.

YouTube Live TV provide along with other streaming apps to wind down the day. Board games, foosball, and cards are there to allow the family time to melt away and be together.

Pool temperatures could be adjusted higher during your stay for a small fee pool temperatures are impacted by cooler weather. Plan ahead if you would like to raise the temperature during your stay!

Family Vacation 2023

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location to the beach. The pool was great as well. They welcomed us and our fur babies. There was a nice welcome basket with goodies for all including our dogs. Looking forward to another trip to St. Augustine! I’m going to check out your other properties as well. Thank you!
