Heated at 78 deg F (seasonal/weather dependent).
The pool will have difficulties to stay heated if the daytime temperature doesn't get above 55 deg



Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, pool area, and all amenities. Self-check-in for a smooth arrival.



House Rules
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Starter supplies provided: Toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent are supplied to start your stay. Guests may need to purchase additional items as needed.
Hurricane season policy: No refunds or rescheduling will be issued for hurricanes or tropical storms, including during evacuation orders. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
No parties or events: This home is intended for registered guests only.
No smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Age requirement: the primary guest must be 25 years or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.

No tampering with the pool safety equipment (door alarms)


Pet Policy
1 dog allowed (under 30 lbs ). No aggressive breeds permitted.
No cats allowed.
A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid in advance.
If your dog loves to cuddle on the furniture, please remember to bring a special blanket to cover the sofa or bed where they will be resting.
Failure to disclose a pet will result in a deduction from the security deposit (pet fee + $100 cleaning charge).
