This was a great little house that comfortably held 6 adults. My family and fur babies loved the place. The pool was very nice. The host responded very quickly to us. Will stay with this host again.

The host were amazing and very communicative. We loved the updated inside of the home, especially the Florida rooms. Everything from the gorgeous ceiling fan/lights to the towels were on point. The kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were very comfy. The pool area with the outdoor kitchen and bar were a very nice feature.

Traveled with my husband and a 6 month old baby to visit family in the area. Pros: The house was wonderfully clean for a rental. The kitchen was nicely redone. We loved the private pool and the location is close to Butler Beach public access/parking by car. The communication was good prior to, during and after the day. There are signs everywhere so we had a lot of information. The washer dryer was on the new side and worked well. Cons: We found ourselves frustrated with a lack of functionality through the stay. The beds are truly awful. There were no surfaces like dressers or luggage stands to use, just an empty closet. There were no hooks or anywhere to hang towels or swim suits which was wild for a house near beach and pool. Overall, there’s a lot to like here and we had a good stay. I struggled between 4 and 5 stars because the cleanliness, pool and location are all great, but for a professionally managed rental, the beds really need to be upgraded. We would not return unless the mattresses were replaced.

Fun, Relaxing Family stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just perfect for our family. We didn’t have any issues with getting the spa to work or the temperature of the house that some had mentioned. It was pretty convenient to get to other parts of St. Augustine from the house.
