The house was well equipped, and comfortably fit seven adults and one dog. It could use a little TLC, but overall we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay.

Thank you for staying with us! The property is as shown in the photos and described in the listing. We are disheartened that this guest removed a star, even though they were satisfied with their stay. We strive for 5 star reviews!

Exceptionally clean, meticulously maintained, and comfortably accommodated our family of seven, along with an aunt and uncle.Everything was well cared for, and the home had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.Communication with the host was just right. Helpful and responsive without being excessive. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

This house was ideal for our friends trip of eight. We enjoyed the short drive to the beach, the house amenities of the pool and hot tub, and we utilized the beautiful kitchen space every night. The host was also very communicative when I had any questions. Would stay again!

I’d book this property again in a heartbeat after the experience my friends and I all had this past weekend. The price was beyond reasonable, everything was kept nice and neat in the house, and it was in a perfect location with easy access to everything St Augustine has to offer. Communication with the host was very efficient and they were some of the nicest people I personally have ever dealt with.
