Our family had a wonderful time. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area—I think we ate outside every evening! The house was very well equipped and the large table in the kitchen was big enough for the entire family to sit around and play games. Thanks for such a wonderful week!

Great access to the beach from the property. It is difficult getting a beach cart or wagon through the short wooded area, but the path is fine for walking. The landscaping at the property needs some attention, but the interior of the house and guest house is very nice. The pool was great, and appreciated on hot summer days.

The house was great and the hosts were very responsive. Location and beach were also very nice. The path to the beach was cute and felt like a little adventure every time. I had two concerns about the property after staying. The first is that the bed listings while technically accurate were a little misleading, The pullout next to the kitchen isn't really workable for anyone other than a child, and the pullout in the casita is not the most comfortable but worked. The second concern is that the pool while great was smaller than what it seemed in the pictures.Overall a great location and hosts and if you only need 4 bedrooms an awesome place. Thanks for a good trip!

Check in was easy and the host was reasonably quick to respond to questions. The guest house was a real plus. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was just a short walk to the beach (though you had to cross a road that was busy and go up and down a dune to get there).

Great Family Vacation Home

This house met all our needs for our family that ranged in age 1-18 for kids! Easy access to the beach and getting to town. Very relaxing, we enjoyed our stay!

Beach is an easy walk, but need some caution crossing highway at the shortest route to the beach. Pool is small, but the 2 boys enjoyed it. Clean and warm. The Guest house was treat for my wife and me while the daughter's family took over the main house. Easy exchange with activities at both areas. Guest house listing of 2 bedrooms is a realtors overstatement. Very comfortable for 2 adult sleepers.

This place was absolutely adorable. My teenager loved celebrating her 13th birthday in St Augustine. We really hope to stay here again, but definitely longer stay next time. We had everything we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay!! It was a perfect place for all our friends and family to stay for my wedding weekend! The place was beautiful and clean and check in was a breeze! I absolutely loved how safe it was for my kids with the pool net up and there was actually a baby gate available for us to use that really came in handy! We also loved that it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the beach!! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again on our next St.Augustine trip!!

Our stay was awesome. It was our daughter’s destination wedding at the Embassy Suites by Hilton. We had many places to stay but this home seemed extra special for our large family and it proved so. It was lovely and comfortable and the separate suite was a huge bonus. Jody was an excellent host just a message away if needed. When in the area we would definitely stay here again. A Fun Place to Stay

The property was a fun place to stay, it was clean, lots of amenities (towels, kitchen supplies, shampoo, etc,), warm pool, casita, comfy beds, etc. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, a short drive to Cap’s Restaurant and the Reef’s Restaurant. Publix was a quick trip, too. We stayed 10 nights, so loved exploring St Augustine (a short drive away). It’s a great place to stay!

Family time

We had family come in from New York who wanted to see the beach and also had never been to St Augustine. The location was perfect and having the guest house where my sister with littles was able to stay was perfect!
