Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The third-floor primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and private balcony with sweeping ocean views. Two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath on the same level, each designed for rest after a day by the sea. On the lower floor, another king bedroom joins a spacious bunk room with two sets of full-over-twin bunk beds with trundles, a wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and games. A full bathroom with direct deck access provides convenient cleanup after the beach.

Living spaces
Gather in the main living area that opens onto a 60-foot balcony, perfect for quiet mornings or evenings watching the horizon. Inside, comfortable seating surrounds a streaming TV, and a bonus room with a desk offers a peaceful nook for reading or remote work.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Two dining tables seat eight each, while a breakfast bar accommodates four more. Grill enthusiasts can take advantage of the outdoor barbecue utensils and grill for relaxed oceanfront meals.

Outdoor living
Step from the beachfront deck directly onto the sand for sunrise walks or cool evening breezes. Multiple balconies and a furnished patio offer inviting spots to enjoy the sea air. Free parking is available for three vehicles.

Amenities & access
Enjoy WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is simple with a keypad entry.

Additional notes
Streaming TV is provided, but there is no separate media room. The lower-level bathroom provides outside access, ideal for rinsing off after a beach day.
