Sea Haven is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront home in St. Johns County designed for gathering and connection. With private beach access and space for up to 12 guests, the home spans three levels, offering both shared areas and quiet retreats.
Living spaces
The main living area opens to a 60-foot oceanfront balcony, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Settle into the generous seating area for a movie night on the HDTV or simply relax while taking in panoramic water views. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace provides a convenient spot to check emails or enjoy a quiet moment with a book.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a breakfast bar and two dining tables that make group dinners easy and inviting. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast before a beach walk or gathering everyone for an evening meal, the layout supports both everyday comfort and larger group dining. A grill with barbecue utensils adds another option for outdoor cooking on breezy coastal afternoons.
Sleeping arrangements
The third floor features three ocean-facing bedrooms with direct balcony access. The primary king suite includes an ensuite bathroom, while two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath. On the ground level, a bunkroom with two full-over-twin bunks and pull-out trundles creates a fun, flexible space for younger guests, complete with a large HDTV and lounge area. A separate king bedroom on this level offers additional privacy. Bathroom essentials are provided, and a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
Outdoor living and access
Step onto the beachfront deck and follow your private beach access path straight to the sand. Winter beach walks, shell collecting, and watching the shifting tides become part of your daily rhythm. The home also features a patio or balcony, private entrance, and free driveway parking on premises for three vehicles.
