Our spacious oceanfront home features direct access to South Ponte Beach. You will enjoy this semi private location of the beach.

Our beachfront home features five king beds, two queen beds, and six bathrooms (five en-suite). We offer cots or blowup mattresses for guests numbering greater than 14.

There is a fully stocked oceanfront kitchen. The kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, dining sets, a drip coffee maker, and everything you will need for a home-like experience. There is plenty of seating for large groups to enjoy ocean views while dining.

This beachfront property features two balconies with Adirondack chairs and a rooftop observation area.

Our oceanfront home is equipped with Smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Best Wedding and Property Manager Ever

Absolutely incredible stay!! Could not recommend Frank, or his other property enough. So kind, caring, and professional. The home was in perfect condition, right on the beach, great for our entire family. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, fun games. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a beach wedding.

Had a very nice vacation at the beach house. The owner communicated very promptly when questions were asked. We found appliances to be in good working order. The kitchen has space for larger groups. We had 14 and managed fine. Living areas are on two levels. So it minimized climbing lots of stairs. Had a great time.

Large group stay for the weekend!

The property was exactly as advertised, our host was very available and accommodating! The location is was amazing; right on a huge beach in an areas of the beach that was not very crowded! I would highly recommend!

The house is right on the beach. Clean, everything you need was in the house for a great time (kitchen utensils, beach chairs, toiletries). Lot's of room! The host Frank really cares about his properties and he cares about his guests.

Great time with famiy

This is a great property for large groups. We had 19, even though there were sleeping arrangements for 14. We had some children and a couple of air mattresses and were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having so many bathrooms (many of which were ensuite). The beach was wonderful (especially warm for December) and the kids played in the water for 2 days. We had a wonderful trip and would recommend the property!

Amazing Sunrises and large Family Beachhouse

Great big rooms and kitchen. Lovely balcony and location. We had my daughters wedding just down the road so the location was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We'll come again.

Great property

This is a great property for a large group. We had a family of 5 siblings and the families for a reunion of sorts and this property worked great for us. The location was ideal as we were close to many attraction and activities and being in a residential area the beach was not crowded. The house was very well equipped and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, great property and would highly recommend

The property was very nice and the host was very helpful. Guests should be aware that there are a lot of steps required at the location. Good location (right on the beach) and nice home. The layout could be challenging for elderly or young children.

I couldn't have had a better wedding reception anywhere else. Bed' s were comfortable, plenty of room for many guests. Cool ocean breeze from the balcony provided an oasis. The owner was very tentative, gracious and friendly. Attention to detail was phenomenal. Book this place!

Beautiful and spacious oceanfront property

Our group had an amazing weekend at this property! I reached out several months prior and Francis was prompt to reply and worked with our group to book the dates we needed. We were in town to celebrate a birthday, and this unit had more than enough space for our group. The beach is just steps away!! And we loved being able to see the waves crash from both the living area and the upstairs kitchen. Thank you again for a fantastic weekend!

Home Away From Home

As a nonprofit organization that provides therapeutic services for Domestic Violence Survivors I searched for almost a year to find a location that would allow the women that I counsel a setting where they can exhale and release and I stumbled upon this secret pearl. I couldn't have asked for a better location to house 12 beautiful women who felt as though life wasn't worth living due to traumatic experiences. The owner Francis was beyond AMAZING in the response time. I HIGHLY recommend this beachfront property if you have a large group. We will definitely visit again.
