Great location on the beach. The upstairs kitchen is big enough to serve a lot more people than you'll have staying there.

We had the house for the weekend and had my brothers 70th surprise party. The top floor is perfect for a party. The kitchen is well stocked. My only issue was there was no bathroom on this floor.Great deck out back and corn hole was a plus. And everyone enjoyed the beach.

Wonderful house!

We had our small wedding and reception at the house and it worked out perfectly for us. Due to weather we had to use the turf lawn instead of the beach which looked so nice with the dunes and ocean as the backdrop. The huge kitchen was great for catering and keeping all our guests close to each other for mingling. One of our guests said the house was the best place they’ve ever gone to for a wedding. Thank you!!

Awesome place!

For a large group, this is the place to go! Super quiet beach that is beautiful, the turf backyard was one of the highlights of the trip! Plenty a room everything worked, and we plan on going back!

Extended family stay

Our group really enjoyed our stay, the huge kitchen was perfect for all the cooks and people eating at different times. The first floor and pool table were a great place for everyone to play when we weren’t on the beach. Would certainly recommend this home!

Amazing space and beautiful views

The perfect space for a special event and family vacation. We hosted our small wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The space had everything we needed and views from the deck of the ocean were beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Senior Trip

We brought 14 seniors from Colorado and they loved staying on the beach. The house was big enough the kids could spread out and do things separately. Thank you for a wonderful week!

A wonderful beach week

We spent a week at this beautiful house, 11 of us gathering for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for everybody to do their thing, and very comfortable spaces for gathering. The access to the beach was perfect, and the kitchen was extremely well, equipped, allowing us to cook Meals without any difficulty. We enjoyed our week there tremendously, and would love to go back again.

Spectacular!

This rental is absolutely stunning! It was the perfect place for our wedding and for our large family to relax. The beautiful Vilano beach is mere steps away. The house is beautifully decorated with an extremely well furnished kitchen. The owners are wonderful and extremely helpful. Everything about our experience far exceeded my expectations!

Graduation celebration

I hardly know where to start we had such a great time and made the best memories here. I really appreciated that they were generous with supplies like dish soap, shampoos and soaps the three refrigerators was a nice surprise. The space is well laid out and the beach and views were outstanding. Our friends and family were icing on the cake and made our vacation the perfect way to celebrate our son’s graduation. We would come back to this location again.

Great Property!

We really enjoyed the location and views of the property - you just cannot beat the convenience of this location to Vilano Beach or St. Augustine. Plenty of space to spread out and accommodate a large group of people. Only two minor drawbacks: the A/C was not consistent in the bedrooms, which were modestly warmer at night, and the kitchen was not as well equipped (pots and pans) for as large as it is. Otherwise we had a great time, the hosts were reasonably responsive, and the views and location are unmatched.

Wonderful Stay

I brought a College volleyball team to this house for the weekend to stay while we were playing in the area. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The communication from Elite Vacation rentals was fantastic and prepared us for everything from pre-arrival to departure. Parking is not an issue. We had 17 people and there was plenty of space even to find some seclusion when needed. Beach access is private and steps away. Plenty of on site activities. Three fridges came in handy. Only two things I would do to make our stay even better (it was great to begin with)...1. Check the Wifi set up. It was not running great as even the tv would buffer any of the streaming apps. I made them aware and they are checking on it. 2. Give instructions on the gas stove! I tried to turn on a burner, it looked like it wanted to light but I couldn't do it. And of course, it being gas, I was not taking chances. I just didn't know how to use it. Its a beautiful stove . I haven't used gas in forever so instructions would have been nice. If they were there somewhere, I missed it. No biggie...went downstairs and used the electric burners! =). Over all, we will be back next time we are there to play! We loved it.

Best Beach house on Vilano Beach

We have stayed here for the last three years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay this year as in the past. Love the huge kitchen as we designate a table just for game use that doesn’t have to been dismantled for mealtimes. The little children live the tiny pool and claim that it is exclusively just for their enjoyment. My husband hides out on the Masterbedroom deck and has read many of the books you have in the house. Everyone just loves it here!

Mr

Stayed there for 6 nights. With 17 family members from 2 to 74. The house was equipped with everything you needed feed and sleep all at the same time. We were never at a loss for things to do. Location was great for shopping and site seeing and of course the beach. Elite was responsive to the few minor problems and took care of them. The next get together would bring us back here with no hesitation.

Great place for large groups and cooking together.

This home was one of three we rented for the week leading up to our daughters wedding. It was definitely the place everyone migrated to throughout the day because of the openness, plenty of seating and of course the beautiful view. We enjoyed cooking together everyday and even celebrated Thanksgiving as a family. Its a wonderful place and the hosts were very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone capable or comfortable with stairs. No elevator and no bathroom on the top floor did present challenges for the older family members, but we managed just fine.

Amazing! Must rent!

This rental was spectacular! We had 18 family members in St Augustine for a wedding and it held all of us easily with more than enough room to hang out. The property sits right on the beach and the views were beautiful. The rental comes with plenty of beach chairs and towels and there is an outdoor shower. All bedrooms had nice bedding and towels. The main room was our favorite part. We had many lunches and two dinners at the rental and it came equipped with everything you would need. I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our time together. i would love to rent this property again. I wish there were more like it on VRBO. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had-extremely pleasant! Thank you so much!

Awesome House

I am happy to say that this property is exactly as advertised. This is a beautiful house with all the amenities you could want for your stay. It is the perfect location on Vilano Beach. The house is impeccably clean and welcoming when you enter the home. The management team was readily available via email if needed. But thankfully we did not need anything that was not already thought of by the team. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone that wants to have a hassle-free great vacation in a beautiful home on a beautiful beach. I will be back that is for sure.

A Beautiful Place to Hold a Leadership Retreat!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. A beautiful property, right on this ocean, beautifully appointed, and lovely to behold. We appreciated the flexibility of the hosts on a couple of special requests that we had, and the professionalism throughout our visit. We had eight women, so the eight bedrooms were perfect, and the upstairs kitchen and living area worked well for our needs. The downstairs room with pingpong table and plenty of room to hang out gave all of us the ability to share space and yet give each other plenty of space. And the walks on the beach, plus sunrise and sunset views, were the chef's kiss! We are so grateful we were able to book this place quickly after our other retreat location feel through at the last minute. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and graciousness. We highly recommend.

Our wedding

We had 18 folks staying for the weekend. Beach was amazing. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good, clean and up to date. Could have had more hot water. Simple fix to turn water heater temps up. Kitchen was large. Range is inadequate for cooking. It looks nice, but function is mediocre. Just not functioning properly but owner tried to get it right. For catering food for parties it is excellent. Living spaces were good. Furnishings could use a little updating. Would recommend staying here.

Lots of space!

This place provided a very comfortable place to spend a Christmas vacation with a group of twelve. We loved that the third floor had exceptional places to spread out activities, cooking, and socializing. Places for everyone!
