Villa Valencia is an extraordinary home built in 1900 in the height of the Henry Flagler development boom. We are located in the heart of the St. Augustine historic district with unmatched amenities so close to all the fun. EMAIL ME TO CONFIRM SPECIFIC NIMBER OF GUESTS AND CHILDREN UNDER AGE OF 18. Our main home is fitted with a new professional kitchen, historic styling in tiles, paints and lighting throughout. Our guests will enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, along with an entry parlor, large separate living room for movie night, playing games and visiting with family and friends. An extremely private sunroom provides additional seating areas, a fun dining room of rustic vintage wood adorns the area as well. Our pool provides a very unique experience that no other properties can provide. Additional daily charge for pool heating in the cooler months, $50/day of total stay.
The "Cafe /Lounge" outdoor area, just off the kitchen area and through a private gate, provides outdoor private dining, gathering while taking in the views of the Flagler Memorial Church just across the street, and those views are like no other. Promise!
Our entire property is walled in or gated, with private access. You will also have garage parking for 3+ vehicles and that is rare, anywhere in the downtown marketplace.

Amazing

Beautiful home that is well maintained. Host is extremely accommodating and personable. Location is fantastic for all points of interest in St. Augustine. Amazing home to host wedding festivities. I can’t thank Howard enough for sharing his home for our daughter’s wedding weekend. It will be a cherished memory for years to come.

Best rental in Saint Augustine

This is the second of two properties that we rented connected to each other. They were just unbelievably over the top. The pool, the rooms, the decor, the appliances. Everything was just amazing. Can’t say enough good things about it.

5 Star Plus in every way.

Unique iconic property. Perfect location. Owners clearly understand quality. Attention to detail everywhere. Response to every request was immediate and without hesitation. This property is well stocked with essentials. The pool and gardens are well maintained and serviced frequently. The TV systems are excellent and there is also an excellent Sonos sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. We hope to return and can highly recommend this property.

A Rare Old Florida Gem….Fantastic!

The house is gorgeous, spotless, fully modernized yet historically important example of a gracious bygone era. All conveniences you could want…yet if you squint a little, put in the right music and perhaps have gin tonic or two you are almost in 1928. It’s not something you see everyday and we loved it. Park your car in the garage and walk just about anywhere you need to. Great restaurants and sight seeing, and pristine Anastasia Island just 2.6 miles away. Absolute highlight was the beautiful heated pool…we were in in day and night. I can’t say enough great things about our week at villa valencia. Thank you Howard, for being such a good steward of this historic home and being a great host too!

Our previous properties were all 5-Star rated and we finally decided to add Villa Valencia to our portfolio of fine homes. Villa Valencia was built in 1900 and we just completed an extensive renovation to bring it back to its original Spanish Heritage with todays efficient amenities. Be sure to message us regarding any change in dates and number of days so we can meet the exact number of days your stay will require.
The entire property is walled in, or gated with private access for your stately visit. We have space for 3 cars in our garage.
Our guests truly spend hours at the pool as they come back and forth from the hustle and bustle of the historic city. Our living room is great for family night of movies, games and get togethers. Our outdoor entertainment area is great for BBQ's and sitting around the pool deck or in the cafe, enjoying your family and guests.
The Flagler Memorial Church is a beacon of history and viewing the light display in the evenings from our private "Cafe style" hidden verandah is spectacular.
