Guest Access:

Your group will have exclusive use of the entire building and the gated parking area, with dedicated spaces for up to six standard‑size vehicles. Entry is keyless, with unique codes provided for each suite. The Lower Suite is on the ground floor with minimal steps; the Upper Suite is accessed by an exterior staircase. Please note: the property is not handicap accessible, and the two levels are connected by exterior entries only.

Cordova Cottage Estate sits in a quiet residential part of the Downtown Historic District, ideally positioned for exploring St. Augustine on foot. Walk to Flagler College, the Plaza, St. George Street, the bayfront, and Aviles Street’s galleries and cafes. For most guests, this is a park‑once, explore‑on‑foot destination. Historic sites, restaurants, and shops are all within a short walk. The residential streets around the house are well‑suited for walking, biking, and jogging. Uber and Lyft are widely available for beach trips, lighthouse visits, and other excursions. Boat tours and water activities are accessible from the marina just minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 26 and present for the stay. Families and groups are welcome. One well‑behaved dog under 35 lbs is permitted in the Lower Suite only, with prior approval and a pet fee; no pets are allowed in the Upper Suite. The home is not handicap accessible. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The property includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, and secure keyless entry on all exterior doors.
