Property was great! Location was amazing…right on the water with our own walkway to the beach and a private pool. House was very clean, and communication with the owner was extremely prompt. Would stay again.

The house was spotless. The views are amazing. The pool is so warm. The hot tub is amazing. Very close to everything you need. I am so happy that I found this home to enjoy. I will be back for sure and I will definitely recommend this to other people as well because it’s simply perfect and if you have pets, this is perfect place. They will enjoy it too, the pier to the beach has lounge chairs, and I was actually just loving relaxing out there with the dogs

Family Beach Vacation

Perfect location, perfect weather, beautiful beach, wonderful accommodations! Only minor issue was pool hot tub was out of commission. Owner was great. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great House for family

I stayed here with just my wife for a special occasion and the house was great. Would be a perfect rental for a larger family. Great location with a private pool and beach access.

Great Beach Experience

We enjoyed the many amenities offered. From the beach chairs and umbrella, the upper balcony to watch the sunrise, the hammocks and rocking chairs to hang with family to the pool to dip in when it got hot, all of it was amazing!

Beautiful beachfront home

Place was exactly as pictured. The property manager kept a constant line of communication if we needed anything. She also provided many extras to help our stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very accommodating. Loved the location and the view. Was clean and had plenty of linens. A plus was the beach chairs and umbrellas. The outside places to relax were lovely with the hammocks

Stayed for 3 nights with 4 generations of family. Property was perfect! warm pool and hot tub on cool evenings, beautiful views of beach, and close to town. Restaurant in walking distance. Host was responsive to our questions and had everything in order. Will surely come back!

Beautiful Home on the Beach

This property was a perfect for our family of 15. The heated pool was a great option before and after walking the private boardwalk to the beach. The views were wonderful with a spectacular view from the third floor penthouse suite. We will definitely return to this property.

Family Vacation

Our 10 family members had a phenomenal stay here. It was amazing and everything we had hoped for. The pool and beach location was wonderful for everyone. There was space for all of us to gather together for meals and visiting, plus there were areas to sit quietly and reflect on the day. We were extremely satisfied with everything. Thank you for making this wonderful beach home accessible to us. 5 stars for sure!

Wonderful

Divina made sure we had everything that we needed. She greeted us upon arrival & gave us a tour of the house. We are four generations and the house was perfect for us. It's hard to find a house with 7 bedrooms so that everyone has some privacy but this house has it. Having the pool is certainly a plus as well. Thank you Divina!

relaxing spring break

We had such an amazing time over spring break at this property. We had 2 families staying together. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our host, Divina was so kind and responsive. She went above and beyond for us to have a special and memorable vacation. The home was beautiful and the location is great. Divina answered all questions and issues that came up promptly. A horrible storm that came through the first 2 days of our trip and the ocean was extremely ruff the next few days. The kids loved being able to play in the heated tub and hot tub on those days. We loved our week here. Thank you, Divina, for everything

wow!! what an amazing place this is! our family had a week together that we will treasure forever. divina and her staff made sure we had *everything* we could possibly ever want, and more! the house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. we had a large group, but there was plenty of room for everyone. the pool was a HUGE hit with the kids, and watchful family members. the small ones could safely stay in the "spa" part of it and then venture into the big pool as they gained confidence. i just can't say enough good things about this home. we hope it will work out for us to come back and stay here again!!

Fabulous stay!

The house is great and the pictures represent the house and the view well. We had a wonderful time and the host was fantastic and super responsive when we had questions. Two "good to know" points I think should be made that I do not believe are listed in the description-- 1) The house is on a part of the beach that cars can drive on. You CANNOT see or hear the cars from the property- but it would have been nice to know. 2) There is construction on the house next door. We rarely heard anything- even when we were sitting by the pool, but again- it would have been nice to know. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in St. Augustine!

Divina is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond. The place is beautiful and amazing all on its own. It is the little things that I would just like to show appreciation for, Fresh Flowers (Real Flowers) in the bathrooms, and extras of everything from laundry soap to dish soap. It was amazing to stay at such a beautiful home. Also to be able to relax and enjoy it. We loved the views and the hot tub, but it was the entire experience that made our stay here a true time to relax and have no worries. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing

The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. The towels and bedding were impeccable. If you really want to relax and unwind , this is the place to go. The hosts were even more accommodating than we needed.

Beautiful views, great location

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Loved having private access to the beach, the views were beautiful, and the private pool was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was stocked with lots of essentials. Divina the owner was so friendly and welcoming, giving us tips of things to do and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. It’s a huge house with plenty of bedrooms and space for a large family. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Incredible ocean view

Had a very enjoyable week at this house. The house probably needs some updating but it served us well. My kids loved the pool and it was awesome to quickly walk down to the beach. The view from the master bedroom and deck is amazing!! We loved watching the sun rise from there each morning.

Holiday Vacation

This house is great for a large group. The best parts are its beach location, beach supplies provided and the property owner Divina. We also liked the number of beds/baths for a large group. I will note this house is older and parts of it are coming apart/broken. For example, the TV didn’t work the first couple of days and a door came off the hinges. That said, Divina was amazing and always made sure issues were addressed right away. I will also note that we booked this house for the heated pool given it was December. Unfortunately the heated pool was broken for our stay. I do wish we had been told in advance but Divina did work to fix it as quickly as she could given it was the holidays. She was able to have them come the last day but it didn’t warm up in time. She was kind enough to compensate us for the inconvenience. Overall, it’s a great location and good for groups, just note it isn’t the newest of homes so go in with appropriate expectations.
