Newly built 8 bedroom, 9.5 bath direct oceanfront home ready for rental! This is the only 8 bedroom oceanfront home with a pool AND elevator in all of Saint Augustine! 4 of the 8 bedrooms are direct oceanfront with sliders to ocean facing decks. Take in the sweeping views while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the ocean in the morning! Over 1300 square feet of outdoor living on decks and a large paver patio surrounding the pool!
We have built this luxurious coastal style 4500 square foot home for large groups of families and friends traveling together and we have thought of your every vacation need! Outside you will find plenty of parking, a spacious 14x30 pool with lots of seating and your own private boardwalk to the beach!
For convenience the house offers 8 bedrooms all with King beds and en suite bathrooms, most with double vanities. Comfortable mattresses, tiled showers, granite vanities and TV’s in each room make these suites ideal! The setup is perfect. There are two bedrooms on the first floor AND a living area with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. The second floor has five bedrooms, and the 8th bedroom is on the 3rd floor.
Traveling with kids? They will love the second living area on the first floor! Complete with two bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and large HDTV. This way they can have their own area to sleep up to 6 kids and hang out in their own space! Have little ones that need to sleep in the same room as their parents? One of our second floor bedrooms has a built in toddler bunk for 2 young ones!
There are two laundry areas, two grilling areas, multiple living and dining areas, multiple decks for outdoor lounging and al fresco dining and plenty of areas for privacy!
Take the elevator up to the third floor for an amazing oceanfront experience! The great room has plenty of space to spread out, dine inside or outside, serve meals with ease in our large chef’s kitchen with gas cooking, two dishwashers, double ovens and a large island! You will have all the dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, and even spices - everything you could possibly need to serve your friends and family! There is a gas grill just off the kitchen for the outdoor chef!
Ahh, the pool. The 14 x 30 foot pool, (heated October through April) is one of the largest in the area and has an enormous 30 foot long submerged bench for hot days. There is also a shallow tanning ledge for young ones. Surrounding the pool are multiple seating areas with tables and chairs, lounge chairs, cocktail bench, umbrellas, and a gas grill for cooking up your favorite meals. Tucked around the side of the house is a large enclosed, private outdoor shower. And a foosball table in the garage for rainy days!
This house is one of a kind and can sleep up to 22! You will be amazed by the design, luxury finishes and large comfortable spaces! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, set away from all the condos, you will find the beach in front of this neighborhood extra wide and uncrowded! Most amazing VRBO we have ever stayed at!

St. Augustine was amazing. The property had everything you could possibly need. The pool was 85 degrees 24/7. The walk to the beach was convenient and close. You will not be disappointed if you book this property for a family getaway. The elevator was a definite plus for the 75 crowd and for transporting luggage! More than enough seating and table space for our group.

Amazing! Kelly and her crew are nothing less than Awesome!! Fast to respond to any concern you may have, large or tiny. The beds and baths were perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked (just bring groceries) everything is provided, outdoor areas; used from sunrise till well after sunset. Games, books, cable, gas grills, pool accessories. Time to relax and your clothes is all you need to bring. This location is perfect; restaurants, delivery, grocery stores and stuff to do for everyone. Perfect for Multiple Families

We absolutely loved our stay. Being directly on the beach and also having a private heated pool was important to us. The layout is wonderful for multiple families with each bedroom having a private bathroom and their own “areas.” Kitchen was well stocked for large groups. Loved have the second basement mini kitchen. Perfect beach and pool toys and chairs provided. Parents really don’t need to pack much at all.

Book with confidence, the best property manager / owner of any place we have stayed. Her actions proved to us she desires nothing more than her guests to have the best maintained property humanly possible, and moves at lightning speed to fix any issues you could possible have. Spacious, clean, fantastic pool, large beach area with nice sand, well stocked kitchen, all beds were comfortable (not JUST the master like most houses!), we've already booked our next stay and we cannot wait.

Fantastic house

This house is unbelievable! Great location just a short walk over private boardwalk to the beach. Decorated perfectly, plenty of rooms and space for everyone and close to shopping, restaurants and activities. My wife thought it was decorated just for her it was so perfect--even the little touches! I loved the elevator as i have mobility issues and my grand children loved going up and down with grandpa. Kelly was very responsive to any question i had. The family is discussing if we want to rent it next year! Thanks Kelly for a perfect vacation, Tom

Best Running Beach

When our other VRBO canceled, I had to scramble to get a new one. Although this is super large, it had all the amenities we desired. The views are phenomenal, the beach is pretty low key and most importantly, the sand is packed so you can run or walk miles and miles. This house is super cool. 5 of the bedrooms have outstanding views. The pool is so warm! This is definitely suited for a larger group than just us three, but we loved it anyway. I did not find any inconveniences. It’s a short ride to St. Augustine. The elevator was super fun. Well stocked with everything you need. You’ll definitely enjoy this mansion by the sea!

Family Vacation

We rented this home for a large family (20 people) vacation. It was in wonderful condition and the layout was perfect for large groups. The 8 full en suites made it comfortable for all, and the kids/teen room down by the pool is as spacious as it looks online. Every amenity you’d want was in the house — we brought no beach gear (a luxury when traveling with kids!) and the home’s wagons, coolers, chairs, etc, were all of high quality and there was plenty of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked and the two dishwashers was a dream for a large group. The view was gorgeous, and the pool was larger than most we’ve had in private oceanfront homes. This one is actually as big as it looks in the pictures. The owner was helpful in our planning and she was attentive to our needs all through our stay. I would highly recommend this house and would rent from this owner again, as well.

Amazing Family Vacation!!!

If you’re looking for your own resort for a large group then look no further! This house has it all and there is no reason to leave! A large private pool, a private boardwalk to your own beautiful beach, and a luxurious house with all the amenities! Not much more you could ask for. We stayed here with 6 families (22 people total) with ages ranging from 1 - 40, and everyone had more than enough room. Each family was able to enjoy their own suite that included a bathroom. Everyone in the family had their own space and commented how they could not imagine renting another space again that did not have this feature. The house comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels, etc.). All you need to do is show up and relax!!! The grocery store, restaurants, shopping are all right down the street within a 5 minute drive from the house. If you’re looking for a vacation house for a large crowd then stop searching because this is the one! If we are ever back in the area we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you Kelly for an amazing family vacation!!!

Sweet 16 in Quarantine

We came up and stayed in Kelly’s beautiful home from our ranch just over an hour away. It was our daughter’s “sweet 16 In quarantine” and she wanted to spend it on her favorite beach/in her favorite city. Well we’ve only been home a couple days and everyone is still talking about the property and how beautiful it was- asking when we can go back! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony watching the breathtaking sunrises. We loved having our own private and direct access to the beach. The pool was big enough for everyone to enjoy at once, and cooking in this kitchen was a dream! We stay in the area several times a year (St. Augustine is our home away from home) and this property is definitely at the top of our list for future rentals- We wouldn’t change a thing! Kelly was great to work with, the house is beautiful, and the location was in close proximity to all our favorite places! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Best Family Reunion EVER!

Ocean Front, beautiful dunes, with lovely sea oats and flowers, plus, nesting turtles. We actually saw the turtles! Awesome pool, that was just right for kids of all ages. One night, we threw lots of different colored glow sticks in the pool, and the kids swam around collecting them, repeat, repeat, repeat. :-) St. Augustine is nearby and we did the trolley hop on hop off. It makes 22 stops, and you can ride it all day. We did a fireworks cruise by Florida Water Tours. They were so nice! We also went to the Pirate Museum, it had a real Jolly Rodger flag, a real pirate chest, pirate movie displays, and many very rare and cool artifacts. Lots of things for kids at that museum. Really nice home, in beautiful condition, with varied sleeping arrangements, bed + small bunk, bedroom with 4 bunks, plus, many other bedrooms, and lots of bathrooms. Plenty of parking for our cars. In a family reunion situation, with quite a few children, you might consider bringing earplugs. I was glad to have them for my after ocean swimming naps. The kitchen was well-stocked, with cooking supplies, and a double dishwasher. I cannot think of any way to improve the home. It was perfect!

picture perfect

this home is made for vacation rental. the was its designed is magnificent. first let me talk about the host - wonderful host and most importantly kind human being. always went beyond in communicating and made sure we were good. we went in the middle of an hurricane and yet she accommodated us with some requests we had due to hurricane. now the beach - the home has a ramp to the beach and it was one of the best beaches - quite with no public noise only the people who had homes on the beach. me and my wife took long walks on the beach. all in all excellent beach for family to have fun and feel safe. now the home - wow is the only statement i could make when i checked out the home. designed for large families. the best part of the floor plan is each home has its own attached bathroom. there was loft are with bunk beds where all kids slept and also elevator which was very important for us due to my moms arthritis. the views from the balcony were stupendous. great third floor with kitchen and living are. if you are looking for a quite time to spends quality time at a quality place. look no further ... host/beach/home all 5 star. thank you for everything - truly memorable

Beautiful house, weather and beach!

Prior to arrival the Welcome Letter from the owner was written in a negative tone warning of what NOT to do and what fines you would be faced with. I realize there are all different types of renters, but it could be written in a more friendly/welcoming way. We are all adults and have homes of our own and respect rental properties. The owners did quickly respond to any concerns we had. The house has beautiful views of the ocean from the top floor! The cleanliness of the home was not up to our standards... hair on bedding and dirty dishes, glasses, and blender. Again, I realize that it is difficult to make sure all the the kitchen stuff is cleaned in between each renter. Which is why we clean items before using. The house had more than ample space for the 11 adults. The furniture was comfortable and nicely decorated. Everyone had their own bathrooms. 4 rooms had a balcony overlooking ocean. Plenty of dishes, etc. for our group. We had not been informed that one of the dishwashers was not working prior to our arrival. Not that it would have changed anything. The house is not located in a neighborhood of similar properties. A campground/trailer park is located 3 houses down. The house next door looked to be abandoned. Although, this did not affect us at all. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all! Beautiful walk along the boardwalk to beach. Saw a few gopher turtles that nested in the dunes. Saw sea turtle tracks in the sand every morning. The house has several beach chairs along with 2 wagons to transport them down to the beach. This was great. All in all we enjoyed the beautiful weather and beach all week. Went to a few great restaurants and played games in the evening.

We cooked all our meals(18 people) and had everything we needed. Plenty of big pots and pans and bowls. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole place was very clean. There was also lots of equipment for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, wave boards, sand toys and beach towels. There was plenty of space to spread out. It’s a wonderful house in a beautiful location.The pool was clean and an added bonus. Highly recommend this property. Kelly our host was responsive answering all my questions prior to our stay and she checked in during to make sure everything was okay.

Beautiful house on a beautiful setting

Our family takes a vacation every 2 years. There were 17 of us. 14 adults including 6 teens and 3 kids 2,4, and 13. The number of bedrooms and bed and bath set up was perfect. The boy teens had to bunk room and the girls had their bed rooms and the littles had their room and my sons and wives theirs. My sister and I each had our own. The living area was large with lots of seating just to talk and enough table seats for everyone to sit down for a meal. The balcony was large with large tables that we used for games in the evening. The pool area was lovely. Pool was warm. Lots of lounges. Lots of beach chairs and outdoor equipment. Foosball. 2 fridges 2 dishwashers , 2 laundry facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for more. And when we did have a tiny issue with a fridge it was repaired that day. A perfect week for all of us.

Beautiful beach house

This was definitely one of our favorite places to stay ! Plently of room for the 10 of our family members of all ages. Everyone had a great room with 5 of the rooms being ocean fronts and all with king beds, so there was no fighting with rhe kids. The pool was a great size, and everything was very clean amd well maintained.Owner was very easy to deal with and easy to get ahold of.Beach was so nice and quiet!We would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend to our friends!

Amazing house

Love this home--we've now been here 4 times and it's been great every time!! We had a little glitch initially getting in, but Kelly took care of it and we had a fabulous time!! With everyone in their own king suite, high-end luxury on every floor, the heated pool, and our private boardwalk to the expansive beach, our 13 family members thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time.
