The first floor of this home features a two car garage stocked with outdoor games and an extra refrigerator. Also on the first floor is a second living area with a pull out sofa and built in bunk beds (sleeps 4 in this area). The second living area has its own full bath with a stackable laundry unit. It also has a 48” HDTV, games, books, etc. Off of the second living area is a King bedroom with an en suite bath, 32” HDTV. You also have ocean views over the dunes from the first floor! Walk out onto a covered lanai with patio sets for dining, a gas grill, a private heated saltwater pool w/ jetted spa with a 5x10 tanning ledge for the little ones, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, and a fenced back yard with a paver patio and plenty of seating around the pool! Walk through the gate in the backyard right onto the wooden boardwalk that takes you to the beach!
Take the elevator or the stairs to the second floor which consists of the Primary King suite with a private oceanfront balcony, floor to ceiling windows with amazing ocean views, 32” HDTV , luxurious bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding tub, walk in shower and a walk in closet.
Also on the second floor are 3 additional King bedrooms all with their own private baths. Two baths have walk in showers and one has a tub/shower combo. The two street facing bedrooms share a covered balcony. Each bedroom has a 32” HDTV. There is also a laundry room on this floor.
The third floor will take your breath away! Wall to wall windows with ocean views, multiple deck options for entertaining and ample living space. The great room consists of a living area with comfortable, brand new furniture and a 55” HDTV and Blu Ray player. Opposite the great room is a window seat area with ocean views, perfect for socializing or some quiet time! The dining room seats 10 and there is ample dinnerware and servingware for all of your guests.
The kitchen has stainless appliances, quartzite counters, an island that seats 4 and holds a 5 burner 36” gas cooktop, custom cabinets, and is very, very well stocked for large parties! Off the kitchen is a sunroom with a table and chairs for eating, playing games or taking in the sunsets.
There are numerous decks on the third floor. You have a large oceanfront deck that has dining for 10 and is partially covered for shade. This deck has ocean views for miles! Off of the sunroom is another deck on the street side with 2 bar height tables and 4 chairs, another gas grill and leads you up to the 10x10 roof top deck! Here you can have a 360 degree views of the ocean and surrounding neighborhood. Watch the sunrise over the ocean or the sunset!
We provide all crisp and clean linens, beach chairs and umbrellas, a beach cart, coolers, and toys, games, books and movies, starter paper products and free high speed WIFI. We ensure a very well stocked kitchen with your choice of Keurig or drip coffeemaker, 2 toasters, blender, crockpot, plenty of glassware, dinnerware, cookware, utensils and serving bowls and even spices to complete the kitchen!

We have have lots of beach accessories, including chairs, coolers, beach carts and pool accessories!

Saint Augustine is a price vacation destination. Enjoy miles of beautiful beaches and attractions on the island such as The Alligator Farm, The Lighthouse, and Marineland. See a show at the Saint Augustine Ampitheater. Head to historic downtown and visit Ripley's Believe it or Not, Potter's Wax Museum, The Fountain of Youth, The Old School House, the historic Fort Matanzas, Lightner Museum and many, many shops and restaurants! Walk the pedestrian only cobblestone street, St George Street, lined with numerous shops and restaurants. Rent bikes, scooters or mini cars to explore the downtown area. Take a boat tour, a trolley tour or a horse and buggy ride! Visit the winery or the distillery. Listen to live music at almost every street corner!
