Oceanfront home with a private huge pool!

The house is the only ocean front house that sits on a double lot with a huge private pool on the non-driving section of the beach. Built in 1936 the house embraces the history of Saint Augustine and old Florida Charm. Surrounding deck overlooking the pool and dunes. The house is constructed of local cypress wood and contains the original floors. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee.

Blue Dolphin Beach Front Cottage is situated on two ocean front lots on the Golden Mile of the non-driving section of St. Augustine Beach. The house is the only ocean front house with a pool on the island.
Situated on one lot is the oversized pool and pool deck on the other a charming 1936 beach cottage. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a large wraparound deck with a grill and views of the pool and ocean in one. The oversized master bedroom boasts a full size private deck with 180 degrees of ocean front.
The property is managed by a local owner (not a remote landlord) so there are not layers of management, booking and service fees to pay or remote property monitoring cameras. The cottage and beach are also dog friendly.

I am available, as is mike- housekeeping and we have a maintenance person rob who is available as well. The phone numbers are on the refrigerator.

It is on the beach, you can walk to pier or down to A Street where there is restaurants and shops via beach.

Garbage needs to be taken out and put on street Monday night.

Street parking can be ticketed

Master bath shower is operated by pulling down on faucet nozzle.
