Our property is located in St. Augustine Beach, Florida on Anastasia Island. We offer short or long term stays.

The property sleeps up to 8 people. On the upper level of the townhome, there are two bedrooms, and two full en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has one queen sized bed, an office workspace, a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
The secondary bedroom has one queen sized bed and a twin bunk bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level , there is a full kitchen, a roomy living room with a large sectional sleeper sofa, an attached dining area, a powder room, as well as a laundry closet and screened in lanai. The screened in lanai offers an additional dining space with rocking chairs and string lights for you to enjoy at night.

We have a variety of amenities at your disposal such as a heated pool, drive on or walk on beach access, beach supplies that are free for your to use, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, cocktail bar area, board games and reading materials, as well as extra linens, pillows, and blankets.

We are family friendly and pet friendly. We encourage you to bring your children or pets along with you. We offer items such as a pack n' play, baby gate, dog bowls, treats and more for your convenience. These items are free of charge and available per request.

Centrally located fully stocked condo had a nice welcome basket greeting us. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. Owners were very responsive when we reached out for something. We had a great stay

Cozy house, great location

This house was perfect for our vacation group of 3 adults and a 15 month old. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean and is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is barely a 1 minute walk and was usually pretty quiet during our stay. There's plenty of good restaurants nearby and St Augustine is a 15 minute drive away. There was a delay in checking in but the issue was resolved quickly and the communication from the owners was great. Highly recommended, would stay here again!

St Aug Beach

Wonderful stay. Nicholas was fabulous to work with. He bailed us out at the last minute when another booking was cancelled due to tornado damage. We've stayed in this community before, peaceful and relaxing while close to the beach. These are older homes, but Nicholas and his wife have maintained the home nicely with newer upgrades.

Nick’s house was very clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk to the beach. Nick was very quick to respond when needed. The house was very comfortable for the two of us and would comfortably fit 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. We enjoyed the patio very much. Thanks for a great stay!

Tilbury USA trip

Accommodation was just what we needed with all amenities catered for. Tea, coffee etc was an added bonus that was not expected. St Augustine has a lot to offer and three days is no where near enough time. I strongly recommend the alligator farm. A bit pricey but worth it.

We have been using VRBO and it has been hit and miss. But this place OMG!!!!! The BEST!!! We are hoping to go back next year! They have made you feel at home. Lovely Place

This place was very cozy and a wonderful place for our honeymoon. The champagne they provided was even an extra bonus that we appreciated as well. It very close to the beach. So we really were happy about that? We had a little confusion on getting in the gate, but it was completely our error. We were able to reach the hostess quickly and get it figure out.

Great Combo or Property, Location, and Service

Couldn't say enough about how much we enjoy staying at Nicholas and Megan's property at the St Augustine Beach and Tennis Club. The booking and check-in process was very easy, and Nicholas was very accommodating to some last minute changes with our plans. The unit was clean and matched the description in the VRBO posting. We had 2 family's of 4 (8 total), and the size of the unit was just big enough. Loved the 2 bedrooms, both with full baths upstairs, and the 3rd 1/2 bath downstairs. Even though the unit is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine, it was still comfortable enough to hang out it in and relax. The next time we visit St Augustine, we will book with them again. We highly recommend them.

Nice Place to Stay in St. Augustine!

This property was perfect for our small group of four. It's clean, comfortable, well stocked and close to everything. The beach is a short walk, and the charm of old St. Augustine is a 10-minute drive away. This property has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and a smaller adjacent bedroom with a full-size bed and two bunkbeds. Both bedrooms have bathrooms-the master has a walk-in shower while the other bedroom has a regular size tub and shower combo. Both bedrooms require a climb upstairs to get to. The living room has a large comfortable sectional that makes a nice bed, and there is a half bathroom downstairs as well. There is a screened in porch area that is small but very cozy and set up well with chairs and a small table. There is also beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and wagon available to take to the beach. We didn't use the pool, but our neighbor said it was very nice and heated for the cooler days. The property manager Nicholas was very quick to respond to any questions we had and there was a notebook in the unit with details about the property and the area that was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Family trip

We stayed for five days, the owners/management We’re very, very helpful and accommodating. Due to not knowing how much management is relaying to the owners, the issues at hand I am going to give my suggestions based on what we experienced on our trip. 1- Steps from the beach - I feel it’s a little misleading to put steps from the beach as most people would interpret that as literally walking out their back door and taking a 3 to 5 minute stroll. It is NOT steps from the beach, so if you have small children or disabilities please make note .It is a good 5 to 10 minute walk minimum. 2- Neighborhood-The neighborhood is EXTREMELY unsightly. It is very ran down with shingles laying on the ground overgrown grass and a pool that looks half demolished that is coming down right near the residence and is completely full of green water . The community lights do not work so extremely dark and not well lit with a side gate that does not lock which feels unsafe.This is obviously not something the owners can control, but it’s important to give people a heads up on the surrounding area and the construction going on. 3- Home - While the home does look as pictured. There are many items that are broken, below bear minimum appliances to cook with and zero pantry space . I will say the owner/ management Was made aware of the issues we encountered and they stated they had no clue. Some of the issues were blinds that were missing or taped on, Broken arm bar.

Filthy House, Fake Photos, and a Dishonest Owner Blaming the Guest — Stay Away!We arrived to find an unkept property with a rusted bench, snot/blood-like stains on the walls, stained bedding, filthy kitchen and dining area, grimy rug, and blood-stained lampshades. The listing’s AI-generated photos looked nothing like reality. The owner refused a refund, offered only to send cleaners, but the filth here would take days to fix and required replacing furniture, bedding, and lamps. They also falsely accused us of breaking pet rules, even though we had written proof they approved three dogs. We had to scramble for a last-minute place so our vacation wasn’t ruined. Thankfully, after countless hours on the phone, VRBO saw the truth and refunded us. We have rented through VRBO more times than we can count and never had such a horrible experience. Avoid this listing at all costs.

Sweet Time

My husband and I love the place. The kids enjoyed it tremendously close to the ocean. Nice time at the ocean. Had a nice time at the pool beds were comfortable. We got to park on the ocean if you wanted to or you could walk to the ocean quiet neighborhood. The condo was well stocked for family from kids to babies. We definitely would love to stay again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic beach trip

The home is very cozy, the beds are clean and comfortable and the pools at the complex are a short walk away with a great vibe and also beachside. The house had everything we needed for cooking and accommodating toddlers and a short drive to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!

Would book again. 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Nice little townhome. Owners did a nice job of providing amenities and keeping it clean. A few deferred maintenance items (light bulb out, loose railings, closet door tracks, etc), but nothing that would keep us from booking here again. Community was a little dated, but decent condition. Pool was clean and well maintained. Beach was about a 7 minute walk. You have to leave the community and take a side road, but traffic was light and it felt safe.

We are a 5 minute walk from the beach, a 10 minute drive from the St. Augustine historic district, and a 10 minute drive to Anastasia State Park. This location has so much to offer such as incredible restaurants, outdoor activities, attractions, festivals, concert venues, and a variety of local boutiques and brand name shops. We are very close to St. Johns Fishing Pier which is a huge attraction in the area.
