All guests must be accounted for on guest list. Visitors who are not on the guest list are not permitted on the property without prior approval of the host.

Smoking, drugs, and illegal activity will not be tolerated.

Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Child friendly, but is not child proof. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

If guest chooses to launder towels or bedding provided by host (not required), please wash whites separate from colors and pretreat any stains.

Cost of missing, stained, or damaged items will be charged to the guest.

Need for excessive cleaning or not following house rules is subject to additional fees starting at $200 per offense and reservation may be canceled without refund.
