We had such an amazing stay at the Sunset & Sand Retreat! My husband, our son & his wife & our neighbors turned family, all had plenty of room & enjoyed all the amenities along with the pool & beach within walking distance, in between the wedding festivities! The location is quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing vacation home! Already looking forward to returning!

We had a fantastic time at Sunset & Sand! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the beach access on 23rd Street was absolutely incredible! St. Augustine Family Trip

This house was amazing. It was in a great location, it was described perfectly, and it had everything we needed. If we come back would definitely stay here again.I really appreciated that they had the coffee pods and all the needed shower items. David provided all the necessary information for check in and for check out. This trip was just perfect. The house was clean and had all the utensils and items to cook. My kids loved the pool and we loved all the room this house had.

Nice stay!

The house was great ! We enjoyed our stay! I sent the owner issues we had, that were not major but could be if not taken care of! He was dealing with it before we left! We realize those issues are from neglect of previous tenants who didn’t want to clean the grill or deal with the tub issue. All in all we had a great week! Although the first night we got in while having groceries delivered we had a Live PD next door ! Lol the police were great and helping us and the delivery person make light of the situation! True story ! Got pics also ! 😁

The house is very relaxing in an excellent location close to the historic district and 5 minute walk to the beach. We travelled with 2 other families and the house is very spacious and very well equipped. the kids loved the pool. Definitely recommend!!
