The condo is very clean but quite outdated. I was under the impression that it had a beach view but it did not. Overall, very comfortable and a good location.

We come to St. Augustine every year and this was our first time at this property or in Vilano Beach area at all. This far exceeded our expectations! The beds were super comfortable and everyone has their own bathroom. My elderly parents even had their own studio apartment on the bottom floor. SO many balconies!!! It was a great place to stay. Perfect distance to the beach and so close to the historic district. The host was so nice and helpful! We will definitely be back and we can hardly wait! We will stay longer next time! Absolutely the perfect vacation!

This house is perfectly located and very comfortable for all ages. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking and entertaining. There are a lot of beach towels and beach supplies. I would mention the beach chairs are not usable as they are ripped and you end up sitting on the ground.

The location is great for visiting St Augustine for summer or winter. The place is within 100 yards of the beach. The third bedroom is behind the garage which is good for teens or one couple, but not a fit for small kids. The third room behind the garage is "efficiency" style meaning sink, fridge, and bathroom.

Great communication with the owners allowed for a seemless check-in and check-out. Owner kept us informed and updated with a repair that was scheduled during our stay. The location was close to everything.
