This is the first time staying at this location, & it did not disappoint. The check in/check out process was easy, & the owner was very responsive. Parking was simple, & ample. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. I wish the weather would have held out. But we had a great time watching the wind (great views) & the beach with our friends. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The view is absolutely gorgeous! It was conveniently located near restaurants and Publix and a private path to the ocean. The host is responsive and super nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately we were locked in with 40mph winds and rain. Not in anyone’s control. The condo is large with a well-supplied kitchen. Beds are comfortable.Near nice restaurants. Door Dash delivers from St. Augustine. Master bath floor needs a good cleaning around the perimeter, behind the toilet room door etc. Small live roach in Master bath with a bulb out over vanity.Wall plug to coffee maker is loose finally realizing it is the reason it worked part of the time.Couldn’t find a mixing bowl.

I am always responsive to my guests and had no idea that you had any issues. Unfortunately, I can't fix anything that I don't know about.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Location, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and wagon, terrific view from patio with tall chairs to see over railing while watching the sunrise, quiet but close to everything. The only thing it needs is different living room furniture. Highly uncomfortable, with no lumbar support and hard to get up from for an elderly person. An ottoman or recliner would make a world of difference. I would stay again and would recommend to others. I had a great stay.

We enjoyed a week at this place. We loved the porch overlooking the ocean and the easy beach access. It’s also close to many of the things we wanted to check out in St. Augustine.

Right on the beach beautiful. Perfect location for my husband, me and my dog. Convenient location for groceries and a night out for dinner. Tastefully decorated, full kitchen. The only critique would be the living room furniture. Looks beautiful but very uncomfortable.

Spacious with a nice view. Some dust on furniture, tub etc. master closet could have been neater (lots of bedding)Towels & pillows smelled stuffy. But would rent again if available during the 4th of July holiday.
