Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom condo with fireplace. This is located in the newest condo on the beach. This is for more sophisticated tastes and is very upscale. Handicapped accessible. The building has an elevator as well as a handicapped ramp that goes out to the dune to allow everyone to be able to enjoy the ocean.
Shopping, restaurants and retail is within walking distance, along with jet ski and pontoon boat rentals.

This condo was a perfect choice for my 3 day stay in St Augustine. Spacious, roomy, well equipped and comfy. The patio was the selling point for me with its comfy furniture and amazing views. The morning sun was welcome but did get a little chilly (March) when the sun moved behind the building. Loved being able to walk down to the beach anytime, excellent walk to the point & back, felt safe & enjoyed it inside & out. Would recommend an owners manual with details on TV connections, lots of light/electrical switches for appliances etc. Convenient to Publix and a great restaurant option just 2 miles away, The Reef.

Great location for a vacation in St. Augustine, on the beach with amazing views, short drive to grocery store and just over a bridge from downtown. Unit was well set up for a group of adults. All 3 bedrooms have nice sized closets and a queen or king bed. As noted in the listing there is hand soap at the sinks but no soap or shampoo for the shower. Luann was very easy to contact and responsive. The unit is accessible for someone with mobility challenges, including a ramp to the elevator, walkway to a sitting area near the beach (there are stairs past the benches to access the beach), grab bars in master bath, and smooth flooring. This worked well for my mother who uses a cane, but might be a challenge for someone in a wheelchair. In the master bath there is a step up into the shower and the doorway to the toilet is narrow. Also all of the beds are high, and the one in the master bedroom was much higher than ada guidelines.

The views we're outstanding. The unit was clean and had all essentials for cooking. We took my mother for her 80th birthday and the 2nd story views were amazing. She spent a lot of time on the lanai with plenty of seating watching the waves. Would definitely recommend this unit and plan on staying here again.

The two most important things to me when I rent a place are cleanliness and the view. Both were perfect here! We were here for Christmas. We always celebrate the holiday at home so this was a first for our family. We did enjoy everything about the property except the kitchen could use a few new pans and some new dishes. Normally, we eat out most meals when we vacation, but I wanted to do Christmas dinner at the condo. We ordered most of the food from a caterer, but we did need a few pans for reheating and I tried to set a nice table. We had a few problems there- but other than that, it was perfect. In fact, I would say that the condo is even nicer than the photos. The appliances have been updated from the online pictures we saw. Plus the bedrooms have been decorated much nicer. Great stay. Would def consider staying here again. Oh, and the access to the beach is perfect as well. Loved seeing the sunrise from the balcony each morning!
