Villa Stile is a splendid and luminous three-story historical villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Stile you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. Villa Stile is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, spacious private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile) including 400 stairway steps.
You will reach Villa Stile from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Stile. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

As guests of Villa Stile you will be able to take part, upon request and for a fee, in cooking and pizza classes.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 20 centimeters (8 inches) 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Entrance LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first living room or from the corridor through an arched French door. It is shaded by a tall porch made of stone. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with original terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include an armchair and wood benches. There is a big and elegant fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the island of Li Galli. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room through an arched opening. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring some antique pieces, and include two long sofas and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the island of Li Galli. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
You will be able to access the mezzanine level from the second living room climbing 13 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), as well as a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling is high and vaulted. From the mezzanine level you will be able to enter the swimming pool with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the first living room.
Bottom LevelWellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the second living room going down eight steps. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
First LevelGarden
The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola. The garden is equipped with wood benches. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two arched windows that open into the first living room. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Second LevelTerrace 2
The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Terrace 3
The third terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second terrace. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with wood benches, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Terrace 4
The fourth terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second bedroom and from the third bedroom. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with tables, chairs and a deck chair. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Terrace 5
The fifth terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the fourth terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the fourth terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a jacuzzi bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The parking space is suitable for two cars.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the first living room. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
