About this property

73 m2 duplex house furnished 2 bed / 2-5 persons / triangle Lille Arras Lens

20 minutes from the Lens Louvre, 30 minutes from the historic mining center of Lewarde, and 25 minutes from Lille, I offer this furnished duplex apartment.

It consists of a large living room with corner sofa, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine area, two bedrooms for 4 people, and a bathroom. An extra folding bed can accommodate an additional person.

You also have 1 private parking space (see location on photo) and possibility of a terrace not overlooked not adjoining (consult us during summer).

Access is via an electric gate with digital control, the code of which is sent to you by sms upon arrival. Code which will also be used to collect the key to the accommodation in a key box attached to the gate post, interior side.
