Casa Emide D is a graceful apartment in a history-rich eighteenth-century estate. It sleeps four people. From Casa Emide D you will enjoy a marvelous view of the greenery. Casa Emide D is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Sinalunga, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away.
Casa Emide D is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse.
To stay at Casa Emide D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Casa Emide D is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. You will be in a historical Tuscan village dating back to the Eighteenth Century that has been completely restored and dedicated to tourism. The village's authentic architecture has been carefully reserved: you will find yourselves amongst the antique structures, including the main house that has been converted into a small elegant hotel and the stone houses, which are now holiday homes, along with a small romantic church that overlook the courtyards.


Around you, you will see the large communal garden adorned with tall Cypress trees, and you will also see the land cultivated with olive trees. In the garden, also shared with all guests in the village, you will find a large swimming pool, a whirlpool, a tennis court, and changing rooms.


In the village you will have a grocery store, a restaurant, and a reception area at your convenience. You can reserve the restaurant for private ceremonies or take Tuscan cooking classes. The maximum hospitality offered in the village, between the apartments and the hotel, is 30 rooms.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with guests staying at a nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house, and include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Top FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room climbing six steps. The ceiling boasts a brick circular vault. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
