Appartamento Ramiro C is a pleasant and spacious apartment located in the center of Sorrento. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Ramiro C you will have a view of the center of Sorrento. Appartamento Ramiro C is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a limited traffic zone in the heart of Sorrento, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Appartamento Ramiro C is located on the second floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 45 steps. An elevator is available.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Ramiro C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. If necessary, you can park larger cars for a fee in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved). Appartamento Ramiro C is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The Ramiro apartments are part of a four story complex, consisting of three apartments, located in the center of the charming town of Sorrento.


The complex faces one of the main streets in Sorrento and it is only few steps away from the famous square Piazza Tasso, where you will find the main cafes in town.
Terrace
The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will reach it by way of an elevator. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a nice view of the rooftops of Sorrento and of the mountains. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 40.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
 Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace overlooking the street below through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the other buildings.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the nearest building through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony overlooking the street below and the nearest building through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
