Summer ‘26 countdown is ON!!! 1 wk in July and an Aug weekend left

MAJORITY OF YOUR QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED RIGHT HERE! PLEASE READ.
Our home is in a prime location, right in the middle of the island. Close to all!! Steps away from the beach. Fits 13 MAX! On the first floor there’s 2 spacious bedrooms, full bath, open kitchen and living area. Super cozy!! The master bedroom has a queen and single bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. So close to our backyard oasis! Perfect to entertain includes a (propane tank you supply) fire pit, outdoor shower, POOL and BBQ. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry/TV room with an entrance to the deck - for those who want to get an early start catching those rays!! The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a built in wall safe in the room and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (full on the bottom and single on top). All bedrooms have TV’s in them except the bunk bed bedroom. WIFI is included. The TV room has a pull out sofa with a single bed. We hope you make this house your home for the week! You will love our IN GROUND SALTWATER POOL (NOT HEATED)and fire pit in the yard and patio set has seating for 10!!
Check in time which includes outdoor access as well is at 4PM sharp never any earlier. We take very good care of our home and our maintenance and cleaning crew need the time so we ask you to stay off the property until 4pm. You will receive a code for the week with the number provided on your vrbo account at your check in time. The keypad will on the back door.
If there is something that breaks or gets damaged during your stay PLEASE let us know in advance at the time it happens so the new renter could see the house the same way you do!
We do NOT provide any linens, pillows, towels or anything for the beach and we have SIMPLE BASIC ESSENTIALS for cooking. We do not cook alot in our home so if you plan on doing alot of cooking majority of the week and especially baking please pack accordingly. 6 beach badges are provided for during your stay.

No renters under the age of 25 please! We will ask for ID. No young groups.
No refunds under ANY circumstances so please when booking make sure you are 100%!

Please use the back door with the keypad to exit during checkout and lock the door so the cleaning company becomes aware you have departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay at this LBI rental! The location was perfect—just a quick and easy walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. The pool was a huge bonus and a favorite for the whole family, especially because of the fact that we had younger children. The home was exactly as expected, clean and comfortable, and the owners were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend it to family and friends!

The host was very responsive and attentive to all my family’s needs. Offered suggestions and was extremely kind when an issue with VRBO happened, thankfully it was resolved quickly and she was very understanding. The house is a delight, exactly as shown, the pool was a great perk for my family since some of them dont do the beach! The house is two blocks from the beach! Will likely rent again next year!

LBI Family Vacation

This property is simply beautiful and the perfect spot if you have young kids in the family - we all had a blast! Amazing having the pool, but also being a short walk to the beach, which was a lifesaver with 5 kids under 10. The patio also has a ton of seating which was great so everyone could sit outside together. Short drive from Fantasy Island, Bay Village and local playgrounds which is a huge plus.

The house was immaculately clean with a comfortable homey charm Utilizing all space for functionality Lovely outside patio table great to have a gas grill Upstairs deck was relaxing and the outside patio furniture was great hanging with fire pit. Refreshing pool little on small side however it certainly cooled us off. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful home. House is spotless. Lovely backyard with pool\BBQ and family size table. Love the outdoor shower. Kitchen was easy to work in.Missing some plastic bowls and platters to use poolside. Plastic wine glasses were great. Bunk bed bedroom can use a little dresser( unable to use the closet)Make sure you bring dishwasher soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, toilet paper and paper towels. Can use a drying rack. 2nd floor deck was a great place to enough your morning coffee. It has a great location. One block from beach and one block from the bay(Amazing sunsets!!!)No cable TV as far as I could see, adult children had to stream for us. Owner was very responsive ! We had a beautiful family vacation! We will definitely return! Thank you for the memories!

Say cheese!

The property/house itself was updated and clean. Upon arrival there was no hot water (which we turned on ourselves) and the downstairs glass shower door was off it's track (which we fixed). The outside area was beautiful but we were very intimidated by all of the security cameras. Also the loud traffic on the boulevard wasn't exactly ideal.

Be careful with this house if there is a storm while you stay there . Any damage done from a storm is 100% your fault and you will get charged for it . House was beautiful but if you’re looking for no issues after you check out .. go somewhere else

A Jersey Shore Adventure

The property was wonderful. My son his wife and 2 young children and I were on the first floor and the older 3 children and their partners were upstairs. Nice space for everyone. The pool was ideal to keep the younger children entertained and the beach was a short walk away. Even though we were there in June, the pool water was refreshing and not too cold like the ocean. There was really plenty of cookware which we took advantage of. The only things we could have used were mixing bowls, but since my sister lives on the island we just borrowed some of hers. We loved Nardi’s 5:00 karaoke, even the 6 year old sang. Skipper Dipper, Showplace, Fantasy Island, and Mud City are among our long time favorite places. We would definately consider renting again. A beautiful home away from home!

Overall great - a few things note

This place is super convenient - easy walk to the beach, nice pool, and an outdoor shower with warm water. We had a big group and everyone was comfortable in their beds/rooms. They also had a solid number of cooking tools. The host is really quick to respond. The outdoor cameras are clearly noted in the description (probably a good idea with the pool), but they came off as intrusive, since. Hopefully just used if an issue comes up. Something to note if you are super privacy focused. We also noted that it was more of a surface level clean. For example under the beds were dirty (things you note with a young toddler around, something always ends up under the bed). Also remember the hand soap! Ours is usually buried in our packed car and not available right away after the long ride.

Family Home with An Added Bonus

Our stay was one for the books. The bonus of having a pool to enjoy was such a pleasure. Mother Nature was great the entire week. The home overall is great. Just some things I can suggest. Needs more bowls for family style meals and a measuring cup for those who enjoy cooking . Overall the kitchen is fully stocked. The living room is the perfect spot for family. The couch is so comfortable. Beds range in comfort. The first floor has one wall air unit. So at night in order for the bedrooms to remain cool or somewhat the doors need to be open to circulate the air. This was the one downside…the climate control. The second floor has central air controlled by a NEST. However the NEST does not go below 67 or 68. This was not so comfortable in August. I would like to have full control of the climate setting within the home. Parking is easier if you park on the side street. You just need to know to move the cars on alternating sides during the week. Signs are posted. The neighbors behind the house were so friendly. The street on the bayside is family friendly. The kids ride bikes up and down and everyone watches for the safety of the pedestrians on the side streets. The beach block is so close just a walk or bike ride and you are on the sand. They have a bike rack too on the beach entrance. There are cameras outside the house in many areas. Not bothersome, I am sure for security as this is a rental property. I did not recall that being listed in the home descriptions. The house has an intercom system but we did not use it. There is a way to hear music while outside but we did not have instructions on how to use. The home is very clean and the owner is super responsive if you have any questions throughout your stay. I can suggest a welcome rental binder for future renters. This way you have a place to find information specific to the home-how to use the added bonuses the home offers, menus left behind, and important info for the home. There is a laminated info sheet with some info ie. Garbage/Recycle days. There are some close places to grab ice cream, Skipper Dipper! However restaurants other then Pinky’s are farther away. So getting in the car is a must…the rides and center of Beach Haven for shopping you definitely need to drive but there is always parking no matter where you go. At night the use of the outdoor propane fireplace was amazing. The owners are extremely easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home to future LBI renters.

Awesome Getaway!

There were 7 of us who stayed here for a Memorial Day Weekend Girls getaway. We loved the house so much, it was clean, there were so many amazing amenities (speaker system throughout the entire house!), there was a roof and a pool area, grill, a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was truly better than expected! HIGHlY recommend! Also - the host was super responsive and helpful!
